Know it all men by these presents I, Shivaram son of

M.Singaravelu, aged 63 years, Advisor ESSAR


CONSTRUCTION Ltd., Ashirwad , No:2384, SS Layout, Opp:
Ahtani Veeranna College, Davangere , do hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint my wife Smt. Bhanumati W/0 Shivaram ,
aged 62 years, residing at No: 14, Ranganathan Gardens, 15th,
Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040 as my lawful attorney
to do the following acts, deeds, things, namely.

Whereas I am the co-owner of the property with my wife


Smt. Bhanumati which is more fully described in the schedule
below. As I am Adviser to ESSAR CONSTRUCTIONS Ltd., I
have to move about in connection with my engagements frequently
and as a result it is not possible for me to look after and effectively
manage the schedule property and to negotiate for the sale of the
property. Under these circumstances it is not possible for me to
attend the office of the local authority, office of the Sub Registrar
and other offices in connection with the management and sale of
the schedule property. Therefore, it has become expedient and
necessary for me that I should appoint an attorney on my behalf to
do the following acts, deeds and things, viz;

Now by these presents, I hereby nominate constitute and


appoint my wife Smt. Bhanumati Wlo Shivaram , aged 62 years,
residing at No: 14, Ranganathan Gardens, 15TH, Main Road, Anna
Nagar, Chennai 600040 as my lawful attorney to do all or any of
the acts, deeds, things namely ;

1. To look after and manage the sche'duleproperty ;


2. To negotiate for sale of the schedule property with the
prospective purchaser or purchasers;
3. To enter into agreement for sale of the schedule property with
the prospective purchaser or purchasers ;
4. To receive the advance sale consideration, to execute the
agreement for sale on my behalf in favour of the purchaser or
purchasers of the schedule property ;
5. To receive the balance sale consideration from the purchaser
or purchasers of the schedule property and to execute the sale
deed in their favour as my Power of Attorney Holder;

6. To present the Sale Deed for registration before the office of


the concerned Sub Registrar, to admit the execution of the
Sale Deed and to sign all the forms, declarations and other
documents which are necessary to complete the transaction of
sale in respect of the schedule property ;

7. To deliver possession of schedule property to the purchaser or
purchasers after the execution of the sale deed by receiving
the sale consideration and registration of the sale deed ;

8. And generally to do, perfonn all or any of the acts matter or


whatsoever that in any way necessary or expedient to be done
in respect of the schedule property .

And I hereby agree that all acts, deeds, things, lawfully


done by my said attorney shall be construed as the acts, deeds and
things done by me and I undertake to ratify, confinn or otherwise
that all or any of the acts, deeds and things done by my said attorney
or cause to be done for me by virtue of the Power of Attorney
hereby given.
