Clinic Check-In Information


Attention All participants and their “Responsible Adult”
Check-in will be in the office Monday between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
This is when participants will get their Jamboree Package.
Participants WILL NOT be allowed to pick up their Package
unless their “Responsible Adult” is with them.
The “Responsible Adult” will be required to sign for these items.
