FACULTY

Radhakrishnan Pillai:

Radhakrishnan Pillai is a teacher, author a management trainer and consultant. He has done various
management courses are in fields of ‘Industrial development’ ‘Tourism’ and “Youth in National
development” from Commonwealth Association, London. He is a certified management consultant from the International Institute of
Management consultants.

He has done an extensive management research course on “Kautilya’s Arthashastra”, the well
known book on management written in 3rd Century BC from Chinmaya International Foundation
(CIF), Kerala under the guidance of Dr Gangadharan Nair, the dean of Adi Shankara Samskrit
University. Currently he is working on a PhD. in the subject.

He conducts lectures, workshops & training sessions and is a visiting faculty to many Business
schools in India and abroad. A weekly columnist with the Times of India group (Mumbai Mirror)
on principles and strategies from Kautilya’s Arthashastra, he has written over 150 articles and
papers. He has authored a couple of books and writes for various magazines, newspapers, journals
and periodicals. He also hosts a radio show “Ask Chanakya’ on Moksha Channel of Worldspace
satellite radio. He has represented India in various national and international conferences.

He has been a business strategy consultant to over 200 organizations and trained over 5000
