Steps to be followed

Capture the current salary data of the candidate in the Salary Comparison sheet component-w
If candidate is entitled for different type of loan subsidies in his/her present employment, then refer Loan s

If candidate is entitled for vehicle loan/fuel re-imbursement in his/her present employment then refer to co

Enter Current CTC , Qualification & Experience details to arrive at the grade & salary to be off
If " No Approval - Proceed " message appears in the Approval authority column, then offer recommended G
otherwise take the approval from the authority shown in next column.
If increment is due for the candidate in his current organisation then enter the % hike due and take necessa
shown in next column
If recommended grade shows "NA" then this tool is not applicable for such a profile.
Only one final approval for all the approvals (Grade, CTC & Increment due) can be taken from the final auth
