Weekly Presales Report

USER GUIDE

A) Objectives
The objective of the Weekly Presales Report is to provide Management an overview of the progress of the various presales
activities. The Presales team is responsible for the production, timely update and submission of this report. This report is to
be submitted at a weekly basis.

B) The Worksheets

Weekly Activities : contains 2 subsections - Activities / Opportunities and Roles and Responsibilities. To keep track of the activities /
opportunities and for communicating between presales team and the management.

Activities Planned : contains 2 subsections - Activities Planned and Completed and Activities Planned for the following week.
Activities Planned and Completed is to be filled in every time a task , activity or an objective has been met. Activities Planned for the
following week is to be filled in based on the tasks or activities that are to be started on the following week. The due date may or may
not be the same week.
