General Description of the Project

The villas are split up in two areas, the living area and the service area. They are interconnected by a
paved walk which is covered in parts.
The two-story living area includes 4 bed rooms, 1 living room, 1 sitting room, 1 bed room for the nanny
and the corresponding sanitary blocks. The one-story service area houses the kitchen, 1 store room and a
room for the personnel including the corresponding sanitary block.
Uniform story height is 3.3 m, floor-to-ceiling height is 2.9 m. Above the top story's ceiling a
surrounding roof parapet with a height of 1.3/0.6 m is provided.

The dimensions of the plot on which the villas are to be erected is 47.0 x 30.0 m each. In between there
are 2.2 m high 3D walls to delimit the plots.

Construction time for the erection of the 200 villas is estimated to be about 6 months. To realize this
project, approximately 2,000 m² panels will have to be produced and fitted daily. During the main
construction time 6 – 8 shotcrete pumps and a manpower of approximately 1,250 persons is required.
