About Al-Samad Estate
Al-Samad Estate is a Real Estate Management Firm, which has provided real estate consultancy to
more than 16,000 clients as recorded on 31st March 2011.

Al-Samad Estate* was founded in 1971 by Mr. Essa Ali Muhammad Ganatra, (famously known as
Essa Bhai khokhae Wala) a Social Activist, Patel of Ganatra Community (Okhai Memon) who started
his real estate services in Hussainabad –Federal B Area Block 3, (Okhai Memon Masjid ). Due to his
expertise, sincere and friendly dealing, he became one of the Top Most Real Estate Consultant of
Federal B Area, (Hussainabad). It is believed that every property in Hussainabad from Early 70s to
mid 90s has once or twice been sold out by Essa Bhai alone…..

Later on Essa Bhai was joint by his son Tayyab Essa, who by his in-depth market study and versatile
style of dealing accelerated the family business and brought it to new heights.

Tayyab Essa expended the business from Hussainabad to Gulistan Juhar, Gulshan Iqbal, Scheme 33
Super Highway and opened a branch office in the name of AWAMI ASSOCIATES in block 10, Gulshan
Iqbal, Karachi,

Later on another Branch “Rose Land Estates” was open in Memon Nagar 13-A Scheme 33, Karachi –
(A housing Project of All Pakistan Memon Welfare Society). Tayyab Essa from this office established a
very strong market grip on Commercial Land of Gulistan-e-Juhar, Residential land of Works Society -
(Block 19, Gulshan Iqbal), Residential Land in Saadabad Society –(Block 4 & 5, Gulistan-e-Juhar),
Hashimabad, Okha Mandal, Karachi Memon Society (Scheme 33)

A few years later in the year 2000 third generation came across and Ali Mohammed Tayyab made his
way to join his family business with his father Tayyab Essa.

Al-Samad Estate now runs from Bahadurabad, from where it deals in almost all areas of Karachi from
Bahadurabad, P.E.C.H.S., DHA, Hawksbay, Scheme-33, Gulistan-e-Juhar.

Along with routine dealing for Sale Purchase and Tenancy Arrangement Al Samad Estate is also
engaged in Investment guidelines, Project Marketing, Legal Consultancy and Property Management
Services.
