besides Detail Design & Engineering services for steel buildings like Ground Hopper, Crusher
House, Screen House, Day Bin, After Burning Chamber, Kiln Cooler Transfer Building, Cooler
Discharge Building, Inter Mediate Building, Product Separation Building, Product Load Out, Kiln &
Cooler Manufacturing drawings. Etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Worked on projects involving review & structural detail engineering for new sponge iron
plants as well as modernization / expansion of existing sponge iron plants.
 Design of Base plate, Splice plate and connection design.
 Input preparation & coordination with detailers for the effective project output.
 Working as the team lead for the structural detailing team.
 Preparation of good quality of design document and proper checking of drawings to attain
client satisfaction.
 Checking of Detail Drawing and bill of materials for Sponge Iron Plant inter connecting
piping _ NON IBR (Cooling Water) as per Standard & Codes.
 Calculation of tentative Bill of Materials for Material Procurement.
 Assisting & involving in Preparation of General arrangement drawings with basic layout
drawings and design & detailing for Kib, Cd, T.T, G.H, Conveying Systems, Screen House,
Crusher House, I. Bin Buildings, and Stock House structural detailing _ RMHS Ect.
 Preparation of Valve list & Bought out items specification for interplant piping.
 Generate key plan, pipe routing, Isometric drawings for steam, water and compressed air
system as per P&ID.
 Preparation of MS-EXCEL worksheets for duelist and part list for structural steel fabrication
drawings.
