From the table it is inferred that 50% of employees are sometimes have the
support and authority to make decisions, 20% of employees are always have the support and
authority to make decisions, 20% of employees often and very often have the support and
authority to make decisions for assigning task, and remaining 10% of employees have not
authority and support for making decisions and all.

50% of employees often involve in decision making, 32% of employees feel they
were not allowed and 18% of the employees feel that they were involved sometimes in taking
decision with respect of work.

From the above table it is inferred that 40% of employees feel that they opinion
was taken before any changes in their work, another 40% of employees feel that their
management never takes us opinion before any changes in their work, 10% of employees feel
that their opinion was taken often before any changes, and 10% of employees feel that their
opinion was always taken before any changes in their work.
