INGEsuite MANAGER:
»» MINI-PMS: INGEsuite provides an administration tool, from where hotel stuff could perform some PMS basic functionalities
such as: check-in, check-out, etc.
»» SYSTEM MONITORING: The same admin tool will provide information regarding the equipment status at all times.
»» WELCOME MESSAGE:
Welcome message to guests, at guest room entrance. The welcome message will be displayed in the corresponding
language.
In addition to the welcome message, some other information could be also shown at guest entrance, such as hotel
information, promo video, etc.
»» WAKE-UP ALARM:
The TV display could be used as a Wake-up alarm clock.
»» MESSAGE SYSTEM:
Dinamic communication from hotel stuff to guests, through either individual messages or group messages.
»» INVOICE VIEW: (the PMS must allow it)
The guest could view any time the current status of his stay invoice from the TV.
»» EXPRESS CHECK-OUT: (the PMS must allow it)
The guest could perform the check-out directly from the TV display, avoiding crowd of people at rush hours, at the lobby.
»» HOTEL INFORMATION:
The INGEsuite manager provides an edition tool to display through the system any hotel information, such as information
regarding schedules of restaurants, menus, hotel installations (gym, spa...), etc.
»» ROOM MAINTENANCE
The system allows to the hotel cleaning stuff/hotel maintenance service, by using of the remote control, to report all incidences
which may occur within the room (missing pillow, broken light bulb, etc.).
