WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

WARNING:
● Before beginning the installation, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main fuse box by switching
off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse.
CAUTION:
● These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that they are read completely before the
installation of your fixture. We strongly recommend that a professional electrician install the fixture.
● This fixture can be mounted up or down. We only show one direction in the installation steps.
● This fixture must use ON/OFF switch - Dimmer CANNOT be used.
● Disconnect fixture from the power source before replacing the bulb(s), making sure that bulb(s) had sufficient
time to cool down. DO NOT subject the lamp to any shock while lit as shattering of lamp may result.

PREPARATION

● Before beginning installation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents
list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the
product. Contact customer service for replacement part.
● Estimated Assembly Time: 30 - 45 minutes
● Tool Required for Assembly (not included): Flathead screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, Pliers, Electrical tape,
Wire cutter, Safety glasses and (1) 75W Frosted JCD G9 Bulb (supplied).
● Helpful Tools (not included): Wire strippers.

STEP 1:
a. Secure the Crossbar to the Outlet Box with Outlet Box
Screws. Tighten until snug.

STEP 2:
Use Wire Connectors (not supplied) to connect the
WHITE OR RIBBED WHITE OR RIBBED
wires.
a. Connect the House Ground Wire to the Fixture Ground FROM HOUSE FROM FIXTURE
Wire.
b. Connect the House White (or Ribbed) Wire to the
Fixture Supply Wire (Black or Smooth Side). BLACK (OR RED) WIRE BLACK OR SMOOTH
c. Connect the House Black (or Red) Wire to the Fixture FROM FIXTURE
FROM HOUSE
Supply Wire (Black or Smooth Side).
d. Wrap each connection with approved electrical tape
and carefully stuff all of the connected wires into the GROUND WIRE GROUND WIRE
Outlet Box.

STEP 3: Crossbar
a. Place the Backplate over the Crossbar, line up holes on Mounting
the top and bottom of the Backplate and mounting Screw
holes on the folded edge of the Crossbar. Secure by
threading Mounting Screws into the mounting holes on
the Crossbar. Hand-tighten until snug with
screwdrivers.
b. Insert the Round Plug into the Plug Receptacle on the Backplate
side of the Backplate as shown.

STEP 4: Fig. 4A Slot

a. Place the “L” Bracket at the back side of the Mosaic
Panel over the Support Arm of the Backplate, hooking Square
the “L” Bracket under the LED Support Arm. (Fig. 4B) Block
b. Slide the Sliding Block at the back of the Mosaic Panel
into the slot of the Square Block at the Backplate. (Fig. Mounting Backplate

STEP 5:
a. Place the Shade and the Steel Collar over the Socket
as shown. Using the Socket Collar Tool, thread the
Socket Collar onto the Socket. Hand-tighten until snug. Socket Collar Tool

STEP 6:
a. Install the supplied G9 Bulb into the Socket, referring to
fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage. Bulb Shield
b. Thread Bulb Shield onto the Socket to cover G9 Bulb.

STEP 7:
a. Your installation is completed now. Restore electricity. Please note that the G9 Bulbs and the LED lights inside
of the Mosaic P anel can be turned on independently by the wall switch (Please refer to Step 8).
b. Please retain this instruction sheet for future reference.

SWITCHING MODE
The switching features of the product allows for you to change your lighting mode from halogen to LED.

STEP 8:
a. Flip the switch “ON” and the halogen lamps illuminates.

STEP 9:
a. Flip the switch “OFF” to turn off the halogen lamps for
one second.
...One Second
OFF then...

STEP 10:
a. Flip the switch “ON” to turn the LED lamps ON.

...Back ON...

STEP 11:
a. Flip the switch “OFF” to turn off LED lamps.

...OFF
STEP 12:
a. Sequence begins over.

Note: When no switch has occurred for 30 minutes, the halogen lights are programmed to come on first.
