BALLYHOO! WILL TREK OVER 4,000 MILES ON THEIR JOURNEY TO CONQUER THE SOUTHEAST
2011 is off to a stellar start for the Maryland feel good party band, BALLYHOO!. The band recently signed with Hawaii-
based independent record label, LAW Records. Now, BALLYHOO! has teamed with fellow label mates, IRATION, to
dominate and conquer the southeast. Howi Spangler, lead singer and guitarist of BALLYHOO! says, “We're pumped to
get back out on the road in 2011 and it's always nice to tour with bands that we're friends with. Iration is a great bunch of
dudes and we're happy to rock with them this winter”. FICTION 20 DOWN, also hailing from Maryland, will be opening for
BALLYHOO! and IRATION; their feel good journey of music and partying will begin in Norfolk, VA on Feb 11th and end in
Wilmington, NC on Feb 26th.

The two bands have different musical styles offering show-goers a “nice musical spectrum”. Howi describes it best,
“They're laid back and sexy and we'll bring the big rock show.....and the sexy”. BALLYHOO! band mates, Howi, JR,
Donald and Scott, have been skillfully crafting their sound since their high school days in Aberdeen, MD. Their unique
blend of pop, reggae and rock has made quite an impression on the music scene, generating an undeniable buzz
nationwide.

In 2010 BALLYHOO! shared the stage with an impressive list of bands - 311, AUTHORITY ZERO, PEPPER and THE
SUPERVILLAINS. Their rigorous, nonstop, nationwide touring paired with their hybrid style of music has been the catalyst
for their exponential growth.

BALLYHOO! has been single-handedly growing their empire through unparalleled hard work and dedication. Now, with a
record deal and well-deserved nod from LAW Records, partnered with their tour with IRATION and a new CD coming out
this summer, 2011 promises to be a paramount year on their trajectory destined for greatness!
