Introduction to the Problem

What is Cafe & Gaming Zone?

A café & gaming zone is a place from where people come for entertainment and can get
all sorts of eatable, drinkable thing & also have fun with games.

Now a day’s cafe is also a party place for people enjoyment.

There are almost 3 to 4 Cafes in Gujranwala city, out of which only Kaps is well known.
Cafe business had a rapid growth in last 3 to 4 years and occurs a significant and a very
much valued place in business line. There is no any gaming zone in Gujranwala.

Statement of the Problem


Gujranwala is a 5th largest city of Pakistan,but there is not any of the entertainment
place where people can go for outing and get themselves relaxed the people often go to
relatives and other cities so if there will be pleasent area for the sake of outing then
people can be entertained in a much better way because there is huge potential of
youth who goes for entertainment every day in different places. There is a need of place
where they have variety of entertainment.

Business Description

With the business perspective we mean that we are targeting people of Gujranwala,
Gujrat & Sialkot by providing them maximum satisfaction and exclusive service
environment. The proposal here by is about a Dining Out business which will provide
food and unique environment for the sake of entertainment for youth & families in the
area of Golden Triangle (Sialkot, Gujranwala & Gujrat). There are digitalizing menus in
which customers can give orders through device without human concern. These
services will ensure that all of its customers like fun at a single place with different
facilities like cleanliness, taste and trustworthy environment to those people who are
conscious about the atmosphere.

Objectives
Our objectives are that of a multi-faceted success.
• The first Objective of Nite & Daze Café & Gaming Zone is to the financial
well-being. meaning here, for the sake of getting maximum profit in initail
period.
• The effect of our products on the health and well being of our customers. we
are not only focused to our business, we also want to raise the living standard
and intended to improve the moral values in our society as for as for our
people.
• Our business practices and choices will leave a good impact on the
environment.

• The high quality of attitude, fairness, understanding, and generosity between


management, staff, customers, and vendors. Awareness of all these factors
and the responsible actions that result will give our efforts a sense of purpose
and meaning beyond our basic financial goals.

• If the business is meeting its projections by month nine, we will start scouting
for a second location and develop plans for the next Cafe. Our five year goal
is to have 5 Cafe & Gaming Zones in the different locations.

Scope
The Cafe & Gaming zone will serve several potential customer groups located in golden
triangle:

• Students
• Couples
• Local residents

Cost Estimation

Initially we shall invest 5 Million for running business purpose. Capital will be provided
by our three members as our leader tahir is in business of cloth trading he will provide
2.5 million and Mr. Salahudin will provide 1.25 million as he has sold the land and Mr.
Shah gul will provide 1.25 million provided by his family to start business other needs
will be fullfilled with mutual concern. The expected growth rate of this business is 15 to
20 percent annually as inflation of Pakistan in 2011 taises to 14.5%. This expectation is
based on the prediction that the business will get high positive response from the
customers(The pridiction is highly based on the survey repot conducted to figure out the
vague situation of demand). Probability of risk factor is low due to the raeson that all
local cafes pizza hut, KFC etc are not our direct compatitors.but still we are intended to
provide matchless services in the world of entertainment. If still it happened so then the
business strategies would be modified with the help of an effective marketing plan to
create demand for our business.
