PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Global Management System (GMS) provides Customer based risk


assessments, credit case setups, CAS risk probabilities and point of sale
information (POS). It also serves as the repository for customer and account
financials, Risk and Demographic Data. Maintains and controls all Customer
Linkages. The Global Risk systems is a system designed to help American
Express attain world class customer service by managing the credit risk and
achieving best in class economics, delivering superior value to its constituencies
and enhancing the brand. Important focus of GMS is to deliver increasing levels
of functionality for the risk management suite of applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interacted with business to get the requirements and coordinated


work with offshore team and onsite team.
• Developed the core and complex modules in GMS interface.
• Onsite/Offshore Coordination, Design and implementation of change
requests.
• Circulate the weekly status report on the progress of planning and
development phase of the project to the business.

Project Description :
General Motors is the one of the world’s largest automaker and has
been the global industry sales leader since 1931.Founded 1908, GM employees is
about 325,000 people around the world. It has manufacturing operations in 32
countries ad its vehicles are sold in 200 countries. GM global head quarters are
at GM renaissance center in Detroit.

Hermes Mainframes maintains all the information of the life cycle of a car,
from manufacturing to sales. There are different stages in the lifecycles of a car.
Like manufacturing, invoicing, order management, a delear detail etc. this
application is responsible to maintain all these stages

Renavam Invoiced Vehicle and Government Inform, manages the vehicle


information to be sent to government systems.

This application sends the invoiced vehicle information to SERPRO a


government organization that runs application that controls the vehicles
licenses in Brazil.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Team Member I was responsible for

enhancement.
