1. Introduction

According to the ERI no. 03 item 1 and 2, the hoarding layout & the construction
period for Phase 1 works at Buffer Halls are revised to suit the new requirements.

2. Working Portion Plan

In order to reduce the interference to passenger, SFK will divide the works in phase 1
into 2 portions (A & B). The working period for Portion A is from 1 September 08 to
6 October 08. For the portion B, the working period is from 4 October, 08 to 17
November, 08. The detail is shown on the Appendix A.

3. Hoarding Arrangement

3.1 Hoarding Arrangement for Portion A

The overall hoarding arrangement for Portion A is shown on Appendix B. The wall,
floor finishes and new counters will be completed before hoarding removal. However,
due to several long-lead materials installed at the ceiling still may not be delivered on
time, therefore; fire resistant sheet will be provided to cover the dismantled ceiling
areas until completion of ceiling works.

3.2 Hoarding Arrangement for Portion B

The overall hoarding arrangement for Portion B is shown on Appendix C

4. Type of Hoarding

There has two type of hoarding; one is 3.2m height hoarding which will be installed
outside the buffer hall areas. For the 2.4m height hoarding with fire resistant sheet, it
will install within the buffer areas.

The outlook of the hoarding is shown on the appendix D & E. For the detailed
hoarding design & calculation, it will be submitted separately.

5. Counters Relocation

5.1 Under Potion A Works

According to the given comments on the rev. 0, the relocation of the MTR counter can
be referring to the appendix B.

5.2 Under Portion B Works

5.2.1 MTR Counter
When the portion A is completed, the new counter will be installed. We propose MTR
to use the new counter in order to reduce the congestion of the remaining area.

5.2.2 HKTB Counter & AA Information Directory

According to the given comments on the rev. 0, the HKTB counter and AA
information directory can be referring to the appendix C.
