ASSIGNMENT 1

SCENARIO
You as a Manager want to introduce a new product in your department which
would not only increase your market sales but also improve the company's
product portfolio.

Therefore you have to plan, develop, implement and monitor this new product
for your department highlighting the project specification, planning, and final
implementation and monitoring.

3. Implement the project in
accordance with the agreed
specifications and develop
measures to monitor and
evaluate the progress and

4. Analyze the outcomes of
the project in terms of the
original specifications and
evaluate the outcomes of

ASSIGNMENT 2:

Write a formal report to the Board of Directors of all the project procedures
used and present the final outcomes of the project. Further to this you will
asked to present a formal presentation in class on the above as well.
