Responsible for the direct supervision of 12 stationary engineers and day-to-day
operations of an 800,000 sf. building housing 1200 employees. Assist Chief/Op
erations Manager in planning, budgeting, and justification of all capital expend
itures. Responsible for critical systems data center and all associated support
equipment, electrical, mechanical, as well as fire suppression systems.
Accomplishments:
 Maintained building equipment such as Fire life, and safety systems, emergency p
ower distribution systems, Security Systems, UPS, ATS, Chillers, boilers, and pr
ocess, and evaporative cooling towers.
 Implemented installation of variable frequency drives (VFD’s) on all existing fan s
stems through PG&E’s SPC rebate program, reducing Bank’s annual operating costs by $250K
per year.
 Managed building electrical upgrade project by adding two static UPS systems for
redundancy within the Bank’s data center.
 Relocated 300 employees within the facility, including electrical upgrades, HVAC
client comfort (air balance, VAV retrofits, lighting control systems); project
