Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2011 Issachar Leadership Conference. Because of
limited space, priority will be given to vendors that specifically address faith-based organizational
and leadership issues.
Vendor participation process this year involves two steps:
• STEP 1
 Fill out this Vendor Application Form.
 Submit the form to K.W. Brown Ministries by May 31, 2011 (DEADLINE
EXTENSION).
• STEP 2
 Wait for confirmation.
 Once space is confirmed, submit Vendor Exhibit Agreement with payment.
Venders not selected will be placed on a waiting list in case an opening is established either by non-
payment or by withdrawal of a previously selected vendor.

Exhibit space cost $250 per space, to include one exhibit table and participation in conference activities by two
people. Extra tables are available at a rate of $50 per table and additional participants may be added at $75 per
badge. Electricity will be provided as requested.

VENDOR TERMS

The below, herein referred to as the Exhibitor, agrees to lease space for the 2011 Issachar Leadership
Conference, herein referred to as the K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc.. This conference will take
place from Sunday, June 26, 2011 through Wednesday, June 29, 2011 in Cathedral at 215 Las Gaviotas
Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322.

COMPLETED VENDOR AGREEMENTS (THIS DOCUMENT) AND PAYMENT IN FULL. If the
vendor booth option you have selected is no longer available when we receive your agreement and
payment, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you may make an alternate selection.****
2. Booths must be self-contained. K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc. will provide electricity, and
one table and two chairs.
3. This application for exhibit space, duly signed by the Exhibitor and returned with payment, shall upon
acceptance by K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc. constitute a valid and binding contract. All
applications must be fully completed and must state all products and services to be represented in the
booth.
4. Exhibitor hereby agrees to accept, use, and pay for the exhibit space listed above. Exhibitor agrees not
to sublet or apportion space to anyone else and to abide by all the rules and conditions set forth in this
agreement.
5. All agreements and payments are due by May 20, 2011. Acceptable forms of payment are check,
money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.
6. Exhibitor agrees to accept space assigned. Exhibitor will be notified of vendor space assigned on or
before May 30, 2011.
7. Exhibitors will staff their booths from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors will be responsible for the
delivery, handling, setup, and removal of their own displays. Exhibitors must set up booths between
the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, 2011, and between the hours of 7:00 a.m.
and 9:00 a.m. on Monday through Wednesday, June 27-29, 2011. All booths must be completely
moved in and set up by the time designated on the days of the event. All booths must be broken down
and all Exhibitors must be out of the Mt. Lebanon by 11:00 p.m. on the last day of the event.
8. K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc. cannot and does not insure against loss or damage of
property or in transportation to and from exhibit area. Exhibitor agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold
harmless K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc. and any of its entities from any and all liability,
loss, damage, or expense by reason of injury sustained by any persons or property of loss which
occurs in or about the facility by the Exhibitor or by his employees during move-in, move-out, or
exhibition hours.
9. When acts of God, strikes, work stoppages, or any other cause not within the control of K. W. Brown
International Ministries, Inc. makes it impossible for Exhibitor or any of his materials to occupy the
Conference premises, or the conference fails to happen, then in such case, K. W. Brown International
Ministries, Inc., its officers, and its employees are jointly released from any and all claims which may
arise in consequence thereof. K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc. will refund payments to the
Exhibitors if any funds remain after payment of all expenses incurred by the K. W. Brown
International Ministries, Inc. to the date of the termination of conference.
10. It is the obligation of the K. W. Brown International Ministries, Inc. to provide an area for the exhibit
space for the duration of the 2011 conference only.
11. The purpose of this event is to provide leadership direction and encouragement for the faith-based
community. Accordingly, Exhibitors will avoid conspicuous display of any messages or graphics that
may be considered inappropriate for the church community.
12. If an Exhibitor chooses to cancel his or her vendor booth agreement on or after June 15, 2011,
payment will NOT be refunded.

not valid until it is signed by the Exhibitor and accepted by the K. W. Brown International
