THE ATTEMPTED DISGUISED KILLING OF ME, PURE HATE CRIME

My name is Miriam Snyder. I write this letter as an Affidavit of Truth under God and
under penalties of perjury. I, Miriam Snyder decree and declare that each of the below
statements and web site pages I created are accurate, truthful and admissible as evidence.

I, write this Affidavit in support of and verifying the need to correct NYS statutory tenure
obstructions that are being used as a method of extermination of qualified, competent, and
efficient, educators based on a racist manifestation titled contract violations and contract
non enforcement. This inflicted criminal manifestation effects educators of all races, but
has a disproportionate discriminatory impact.

I am an ESL/Bilingual education administrator and teacher. I have administered education

programs and taught successfully for over 23 years. Because of the prioritization of the
above noted inflicted organized education hate crimes; I have been criminally income
blacklisted, despite the community and global need for ESL/Bilingual education services. I
am a volunteer and have been attacked via such. Many educators are under this similar
type of disguised killing operation and an end to such is needed.

In addition to the criminal administration of statutory tenure crimes and the ruthless
income blacklistings endured, each of my education web sites have been inflicted with
patterned organized crime to advance this economic assassination. This disguise killing,
program exemplifies the many components of COINTELPRO programming.
COINTELPRO was a criminal program created by criminals in the US government. This
deadly program, created and covered by government criminals was used to disguise kill
many innocent people. I will not be next.

stalking, hate and NYS statutory tenure crimes, I found more than I expected. Please read

The induced poverty is inflicted for no other purpose than a eugenically masterminded,
criminally insane induced disguise killing. Since these crimes and disguised killings have
not been regulated, the eugenic and torture crimes are being used to destroy the human
race, to criminally usurp control over the judiciary and government as a whole.
Government, specifically, the judiciary can not operate fairly inflicted with and threatened
by eugenics, and induced poverty as its means of operation.

NYSUT and local school district law department racketeering crimes. NYSUT law
department controls almost all NYS unions, including UFT. NYSUT’s law department has

NYSUT has been used to implement and advance a criminally insane eugenic manifestation
embedded in the criminal extermination of qualified and competent educators of color via
persistent, constant, willful and repetitive contract non enforcement premised off of the

I do not believe NYSUT in its entirety is criminal, but the criminal usurpations of the law
departments have effectuated hate crime administration with a clear discriminatory

While researching the NYS statutory tenure obstruction crimes inflicted on me, I found
more information than I expected. Since I found this information and was able to name
align the crimes with top legal officers and teacher union presidents, I have miraculously
become criminally income blacklisted. These crimes are deeply rooted in hate crime
administration, are premised off of a conspiracy against rights, obstruction of the equal
protection of the law clause, breach of contract, and illustrate elements associated with
racketeer and corruption crimes via contract violations and contract non enforcement.

The evidence shows that these crimes are inflicted in NYS unions and school districts via
law departments by a documented, sick eugenic group, using money laundering and
induced disease to criminally usurp control over union and district law departments. Please

The US Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel defraud authority has been and is
being used to infiltrate racist, eugenic, and criminal practices down to local law
departments in education unions and school districts. This was done under the Bush
administration and has continued up to today. The unions and school districts are being
used to obstruct statutory tenure laws to implement and manifest premeditated eugenic
programming effectuating the current modernized slavery discriminatory impact. Please

In summary, with respect to me, I started my teaching career in Rochester NY. I taught 9
years there and earned NYS tenure and exemplary ratings. In addition to teaching, I was
an elected volunteer teacher representative on the Rochester City School District School
Based Planning Team. I wrote a memo requesting an investigation into the discriminatory
impact in the Major Achievement Program. This program is called the MAP program. It
was an honorary program. The majority of students in the MAP program were non
minorities and the school was majority minority.

The criterion for student selection into the MAP program was teacher recommendation.
The majority of teachers were non minority in a majority minority school. This teacher
selected student MAP program effectuated a discriminatory impact and needed to be
looked at and corrected. Many brilliant honor roll minority students were overlooked for
selection into the MAP program under the criminal Adam Urbanski Rochester Teacher
selection control system.

I brought this information to the school based team and was thereafter put on Adam
Urbanski, the Rochester Teachers Association President and Eugenicist, hit list, to be
silenced, neutralized and disguised killed. I became victimized by Adam Urbanski’s below
documented, name aligned, deadly, dual life sleep research projects.

In addition, I was studying for my education administration degree in Rochester. While

studying for my EA degree and teaching, I applied for a mentorship position with the
Rochester City School District and union. The president at that time and up to today was
and is a killer named Adam Urbanski. I say a killer because his deadly, below linked name
aligned dual life crimes were used to try to disguise kill me immediately after applying for
the mentor position and threatening to file an EEOC complaint.

In Rochester New York qualified and competent educators of color, whistle blowers,
competent human rights lawyers, etc. are silenced via induced hospitalizations, defraud
inoculations, and induced disease. This is what eugenicists do. Please see the below. This
trend is now in NYC. It is a Rochester NY eugenic premeditated manifestation.

One of these documented eugenicists is, Adam Urbanski. He is a defraud Rochester City
School District union president. When I was completing my education leadership studies,
and applied for a mentor position he noted my work. He was intimidated and envious of
my skills, bilingualism, administrative, organizing and teaching capabilities. Consequently,
he wanted me neutralized, silenced, disguised killed and out of the Rochester City School

District. He blacklisted me from the mentor position and put a hit on me to be disguised
killed via his below name aligned induced deadly sleep research/ induced trauma projects.

His below deadly dual life name aligned induced trauma sleep research projects were
supposed to induce a criminal hospitalization that was supposed to kill me via a defraud
inoculation. This is what they specialize in. God stepped in and stopped this well financed
disguised killing project. Since God rescued me from the eugenic disguise killing project,
he, Adam Urbasnksi and his eugenic power hungry brethren have sought revenge for
God’s rescue.

My family got me out of Rochester NY just before the induced hospitalization. I know and
can list every step and the members associated with this eugenic group’s disguised killing

While Adam Urbanski works as a deadly union president, he has a deadly secret dual life
working out of the University of Rochester Medical center with other eugenicists just like

Adam Urbanski is part of a deadly eugenics team. The evidence shows that this team used a
similar disguise killing operation, specifically radiation toxin crimes, on former AFT
President Saundra Feldman. They, the eugenic team killed her in a similar fashion they
attempted to kill me. They, the eugenic team specialize in killing under disguise for
positions of power because they cannot obtain such any other way.

Consequently, after Adam Urbanski and Serial Killer Boyden Gray’s name aligned
disguised killing operations were used to try to disguise kill me, God rescued me prior to
the premeditated induced hospitalization and I moved to New York. At this point, I did not
know the above. I just knew that an entity tried to kill me right after applying for the
Mentor position in the union, threatening to file an EEOC complaint and writing the MAP
program discriminatory impact memo.

I moved to NYC and tried to move on with my life despite knowing an entity tried to
disguise kill me in Rochester, NY. I immediately got a job in NYC public schools. I was an
ESL teacher and an after school teacher Trainer. I excelled into ESL Teacher Training
immediately and did well.

I also had NYS traveling tenure pursuant to NYS Education Law 3012. The school district
law department and the union law department knew this, monitored my tenure and
criminally obstructed it, several times, as noted below.

I was at the end of my second year when traveling tenure was effectuated in NYC Public
Schools. I earned consistent satisfactory ratings, exemplifying efficient, competent and
satisfactory service. Yet I was criminally denied tenure. During my second year in the

NYC public schools, the principal was directed to obstruct my ESL contract. She closed my
ESL program in the middle of the program without reason or cause and forced me in a
special education classroom where the teacher was just removed via ambulance from a
student attack.

Please note I have and had no special education certification. My 37 ESL students suffered,
were criminally denied funded education services, and I, the satisfactory teacher was
victimized by contract violations by the school principal and contract non enforcement by
the union. This criminal organized crime racket was used to criminally obstruct statutory
traveling tenure as cited in Education Law 3012. The school district was directed to
exterminate another qualified teacher of color and the education of the students was
obstructed at the expense of this top down organized crime racket and conspiracy against
rights.

Because of God’s grace and mercy, while fighting for enforcement of the UFT ESL
contract and equal treatment, I was hired in the Roosevelt Long Island New York School
District. I resigned from the NYC Board of Education.

Alfred Gourdet, a seasoned, exemplary, multilingual educator recruited me into the

Roosevelt Long Island School District. Immediately after his recruitment of me, he was
ostracized and attacked. He became a victim of organized crime via school district contract
violations and contract non enforcement by the union. These top down inflicted crimes
killed him. He was killed by an aneurism and the stress associated with inflicted top down
organized crime contract violations and contract non enforcement. He was targeted and
attacked for getting me the ESL job. Mr. Gourdet never had any problems with the school
district prior to recommending me for hire. He was set up and killed in the same manner
the below other two union people were killed and infested with the eugenic team members
name aligned deadly pathogens documented on the links above.

While teaching in the Roosevelt Public Schools, the NYS Education Department evaluated
the school district. My program and accomplishments were listed under the school

The NYS Education Department recommended that the district utilize my ESL services
district wide. I showed this commendation to a Hempstead recruiter and was recruited to
the position of ESL/Bilingual Curriculum Specialist/Department Chairperson. This was a
full time administrative position. I completed my education administration certificate, and
earned contractual satisfactory ratings for three years. I only needed two years of
satisfactory work for tenure to be granted. Tenure was awarded the day I walked in after,
my second year as cited in NYS Education Law 3012. The Tenure laws were obstructed
again. I was terminated without reason or cause and with documented exemplary ratings
and tenure. The eugenicists top/down law department ordered organized hate crimes
demised the school districted, obstructed education, and was used to criminally obstruct

Since I was being stalked by statutory tenure obstructions again, like what was done in

courts under Jonathan Lippman’s administration and management were used as a revenge

My name is Snyder. The SYNDER code name was used on all harassment, induced
poverty, and disguised killing attempts. The false phenomenon of above the law flourished
with the SYNDER name crime inflictions. During my tenure year at Hempstead Public
Schools, my program/position was destroyed again via contract violations and contract non
enforcement. My office was ransacked and destroyed. I was left with no where to work.
Organized crime from the union and school district law departments were used to turn the

Immediately after the settlement and the law suit, the Hempstead Union Attorney Daniel
Gallinson miraculously erupted with the eugenicist, serial killer Boyden Gray name aligned

While in court with the Hempstead case, I was criminally made unemployed, and

I have attached The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit recent legal circus
mandate ruling regarding Snyder v. The Yonkers School Board and the Yonkers Federation of

In summary, I have been victimized by multiple statutory tenure obstructions embedded in

Serial Killer Boyden Gray’s induced poverty via contract violations and contract non
enforcement directives via law departments is a hate crime that is being used to
exterminate middle class people out of the job market and thereafter put them at the mercy

There is an urgent need for the enforcement of the NYS Crime Victim protections while the NYS
statutory tenure crimes are regulated. A NYS Commission on statutory tenure protection

Dear Mr. Petrone:

I write this letter with respect to the attached letter dated December 16, 2002 and
given to me today December 18, 2002, while being forced out of the classroom for teaching
effectively. The letter was given to me today right after instruction was maliciously
interrupted again, due to ongoing contract violations, harassment and the malicious
disregard of the education of the children.
The letter was given to me in direct retaliation to documenting and asserting
constitutional rights against ongoing harassment, discriminatory practices, contract
violations, and educationally unsound and malice based work conditions maliciously
enforced on students and I, at Commerce Middle School.
The evidence exemplifies that these are continued pattern and practice of race based
hate crimes, in that the education of these minority children has been disregarded and
maliciously interrupted to facilitate and prioritize the harassment of yet another qualified
and competent educator of color. The children and I do not warrant such continued
unlawful treatment and practices. I have worked above and beyond the call of duty and
respectfully request a reason for the harassing, discriminatory, and malicious disregard of
law and the educational needs of the students.
Consequently, pursuant to Education Law 3031, I ask that your letter be rescinded
and that I be furnished with a written statement giving the reasons for such
recommendation.
I ask that your letter be rescinded based on the authority and law cited by the
Commissioner of Education, in the Matter of Lubin, 24 Ed Dept Rep 271, 272,273, which
states that:
“ It is well settled that the Commissioner of Education will not set aside a determination of
the board except upon a showing of clear and convincing evidence

that such determination was rendered through malice, prejudice, bad faith, or gross
error,”
The evidence, specifically documents, correspondence and educationally unsound
practices, shows pure harassment, malice, prejudice, bad faith, and gross error enforced on
the children and I, all to eradicate another qualified and competent educator of color. The
termination letter in itself lacks a rational basis, demonstrates malice, prejudice, bad faith
and gross error and is in violation of Education Law 2509. Moreover, harassment while
pursuing statutory duties, specifically while teaching, is adverse to the legitimate interests
of the school district.
Additionally, your letter includes a copy to the finance department. I truly hope that
this termination is not additionally, in direct retaliation to my letter dated 12/16/02
outlining the fictitious statement and harassment in the payroll administrator’s letters,
inclusive of the letter of 11/22/02. The payroll department has stolen money out of my
check and has falsified attendance records from last year.
It is within my constitutional rights to have these unlawful employment practices
addressed and corrected. I have been victimized by way of ongoing harassment and I ask
that these unlawful practices stop. The termination letter further interrupted the education
of the children by way of having seven people come to the school to intimidate, harass, and
serve me. Moreover, this facilitated the ongoing denial of needed ESL instruction. I have
informed all parties that the harassment was taped.
Despite all, I am a good educator, have provided the district with volunteer services
and have worked above and beyond the malice based teaching and learning conditions
maliciously enforced on the school this year. The record and evidence speaks for itself. I am
black and competent and this bothers a segment of people in powerful positions. The
treatment enforced is in direct violations of The Equal Protection Clause, New York State
Education laws, and Federal Civil Rights Statutes. This is a legal assault on the students
right to a qualified and competent teacher of color and an assault on my right to work and
live in the pursuit of happiness.
Despite the above, a Holiday Instructional Program and Festive, in recognition of
student hard work, was scheduled for the children and parents of ESL, tomorrow
December 19, 2002. I would like to extend an invitation to you, as your letter states that a
recommendation will be made in the future to terminate services for unknown reasons. It is
my hope that I will be able to continue to teach without being further harassed or harassed
to death until this matter is resolved. Your swift response is greatly needed. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Thomas:
Pursuant to Federal Rules of Procedure 26 (F) we are required to consider case
management issues and jointly develop a Discovery Plan and report on the FRCP 26 (F)
meeting. Please let me know when you are available to do this. I can meet with you in the
courthouse.
Pursuant to FRCP 26 (a) (1)(A), I am awaiting a summary of the subject/ relevant
information, for each witness listed in your initial disclosures.
Also, Instructional materials I brought to the school are still in the schools
possession. Please make arrangements for a day when the classroom will be open so I can
retrieve my belongings.
Also, pursuant to FRCP 26(f) we may entertain settlement possibilities. To this end,
I would like you to consider the following facts:
1. Two weeks prior to termination I received a satisfactory rating,
2. I tape recorded many of the harassment sessions by Mr. House. He did not follow
procedure,
3. I was never given a reason for the termination as evidenced in the documents and
other data,
4. A reason was created in retailiation to filing the law suit,
5. No one deserves the public discharge that was enforced without reason,
6. The children did not deserve the disruption in their educational program, etc,
These are some facts that must be addressed whether procedurally or exposed
otherwise. These tactics do not belong in education. They hurt children. They are the
ramifications of contract violations and contract non-enforcement.
Moreover, the likelihood of a trial date in this matter is not viable for at least
another nine months, and will of course entail increased legal fees and costs.
To this end, I ask that you consider the following settlement issues:
1. Reinstatement to the position with back pay, as I have no legal reason to be
terminated. Probationary teachers with satisfactory ratings worked to the end of

the probationary period, and acquire tenure pursuant to statutory law. I will not
entertain Commerce law above Constitutional law. This will be a research based
expose’ or I can be reinstated with all benefits entitled to.
OR
2. $20, 000 to the students in my ESL program for the disruption of the educational
process. Payments to the students would simply state your child was awarded
$1,000 in an award between Snyder v. Yonkers Public schools. Parents would sign
off on payments in $500.00 increments and provide a receipt for educational
expenses, to be mailed to the court and a copy to the plaintiff. The students deserve
this. They became victims, because of the ploy to destroy me. The money for ESL
students is available through your current settlement agreement between the
United States V. Yonkers Public School District. There are monies set aside for
