Job Responsibilities Department since Oct 28, 2003.

CAR PLANT:
I was working in car plant and looking after Quality Assurance
Department as Deputy Manager. Here I am dealing with Land Rover
(England) and Chevrolet (General Motors Daewoo Korea). I am
responsible for the quality of both products and am working on
process Improvements, using Japanese Management Techniques. I
have recently developed Quality Assurance System for Chevrolet and
have reduced 35 to 1defects per car. I have modified coordinate
measuring machine in coordination with Malaysians.

TRUCK PLANT:
Currently I transferred to truck plant as a Deputy Manager for the
improvement of process in which following responsibilities are given
to me to enhance the production.

 Develops improved or new designs for automotive structural


members, engines, transmissions, and associated automotive
equipment, or modifies existing equipment on production
vehicles, and directs building, modification, and testing of
vehicle, using computerized work aids.
 Excludes supervisory and paraprofessional positions.
 Conducts experiments and tests on existing designs and
equipment to obtain data on function of and performance of
equipment.
 Analyzes data to develop new designs for motors, chassis,
and other related mechanical, hydraulic, and
electromechanical components and systems in automotive
equipment.
 Designs components and systems to provide maximum
customer value and vehicle function, including improved
economy and safety of operation, control of emissions, and
operational performance, at optimum costs.
 Directs and coordinates building, or modification of,
automotive equipment or vehicle to ensure conformance with
engineering design.

rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs.
 Making observations and taking measurements directly, as
well as collecting and interpreting data from the other
technical and operating staff involved.
 Assuming responsibility for environmental monitoring and
ongoing performance of processes and process plant.
 Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet
specified regulations.
 Working closely with other specialists, including: all
responsible for the quality control of raw materials,
intermediates and finished products.
