COMES NOW, Debtor’s counsel, William J. Sanchez and the law firm of Kaufman,
Englett, and Lynd, PLLC, and moves the court for emergency leave to continue to file necessary
pleadings or papers in currently filed bankruptcy actions and request for hearing.
1. On May 16, 2011, this Court entered an order enjoining Kaufman, Englett, and
Lynd, PLLC, from practicing before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District
of Florida, including the filing of any papers and pleadings; unless and until this Court enters an

the Middle District, and seeks permission to file any necessary papers in the current bankruptcies
3. Kaufman, Englett, and Lynd, PLLC will not file any new bankruptcy petitions
until this Court enters an Order authorizing the firm to practice before the United States
4. Furthermore, should the Court so instruct, the Firm will reassign the pending
actions to one or more Associate Attorneys as lead counsel for all future handling, in which Mr.
court grant emergency leave of court to file necessary papers in the firm’s current bankruptcy
