In 2012 the Kingspan Group acquired ThyssenKrupp Construction

Group, the European leader in insulated panels. Hoesch Door
Elements was part of this acquisition, and as of 2016, is part
of the Kingspan Door Components division which is part of the
Kingspan Group.
