Ascendant Denver law firm Heizer|Paul LLP announces its newest partner, Mark Grueskin.

Effective June 1, 2011, Mr. Grueskin joins the firm as a named partner. Mark has extensive
experience in Election Law, Regulatory Compliance Matters, and Constitutional Litigation and

Relations, Gaming and Administrative Law. Mark is the latest in a series of high profile partners
