Description: § Order Pro is the Verizon Business ordering system. This is used
by the implementation coordinators to enter the order details of a product. Prod
uct includes Networx, Commercial and Third party. Testing is done till order rea
ches all downstream systems and gets successfully provisioned and billed.
§ Verizon Business won over Networx contract from US federal government to cater t
o its communication needs.
§ This initiative dealt mainly to cater to the requirements laid down to meet Netw
orx.
Responsibilities: § Test Planning and execution.
§ Open defects in the QC - Quality Centre and track them
§ Co-ordinate with the onsite team.
§ Provide support to Integration and E2E testing.

Description: § EPL - Verizon Optical Networking - The aim of the project was to
retire CxPrice as a pre-order quoting tool and replace it with IPrice (new appl
ication). Tested the flow through the product billing.
§ Testing of the product EPL-Ethernet Private Line involves quoting, ordering, pro
visioning and billing.
§ LDPL- Long Distance Private Line (testing was to replace CxPrice to IPrice (Pres
ales application) and to check the flow through the product billing.
Responsibilities: § Coordinate with clients for signoff of projects.
§ Developing and executing test cases and test script.
§ Work allocation to team members and status tracking.
§ Planning, capturing and conditioning test data.
§ Defect reporting and tracking.
§ Provide Traceability for the project.

Description • TLS is a Transparent LAN Service offered by Verizon.
• It is a Switched Ethernet Service, for switching & routing.
• It uses the Ethernet technology as its backbone.
• Local TLS & National TLS are two products of TLS.
Placing orders through IPrice (ordering system) which gives ability to provide t
he quotations to both LTLS and NTLS customer queries. Also involves in checking
the flow of the product till billing.
Responsibilities: § Coordinates with IT persons and clients to track the tes
ting status and updating.
§ Open defects in the defect tracking tool and get updates on them.
§ Co-ordinate with the application teams.
§ Provide Traceability to the client at the end of testing.
§ Participate in GO-NO-GO call before the release.
