Developed and implemented programs to reduce over-all food costs from 44% to 32%
and labor cost to 21%. As Director of Food Services for Willow Valley Resort I
developed tracking and analysis systems to evaluate current food costs. After ga
thering pertinent data, I then calculated pricing and costs. Using this informat
ion I developed new SOPs which over 160 employees adopted.
Participated and trained several key executives with the startup and usage of th
e Timedriver Software Program at the Wharton Business School, University of Penn
sylvania. As a private IT Consultant, spearheaded all training of computer relat
ed products and information for the Workplace Relationships, LLC Organization. I
n addition, updated their private networking systems, their individual PC's and
laptops, and various other 3rd party vendors (such as Blackberry Products). This

e kitchens, which provided food for over 14,000 customers per week. Researched,
implemented and trained employees in the usage of several new key computer progr
ams which automated the tracking and billing of restaurant customers. In additio
n, regularly counseled, hired and disciplined (when necessary) various levels of
employees within the organization. Increased overall productivity and profitabi
lity for the resort in excess of $1.2M US Dollars.
