Objective: To work for equity portfolio decision makers such as treasurers, CEO'
s, comptrollers, municipalities, governments, mutual funds, hedge funds, pension
funds,
endowments, foundations, accredited individuals who wish to outsource their equi
ty portfolio
management to an independent equity portfolio management specialist and who feel
comfortable with Schwab Institutional as their custodian or any other suitable c
ustodian.
If stocks were graded on a fundamental scale of A B C D F, then most equity port
folios would
hold an average of C-. I bring US and ADR stock portfolio's back up to A and B h
oldings only.
With this system, it is estimated that at least 40 other analysts, at several di
fferent top financial
firms, have viewed each stock we grade. That's 40 individuals who see the world
in 40
different ways all seeing the same value from 40 different points of view.
The process of portfolio reconstruction entails "managing" our way out of the cu
rrent stock
portfolio, if needed, while, at the same time, "managing" our way into a potenti
ally higher rated
or more appropriate portfolio. "Managing" here means studying each company in th
e equity
portfolio as to their fundamental and technical characteristics in relation to t
he overall market.
