Concurrent with coordinating the start-up of Sovereign Title Agency, managed a 3
8-employee law firm offering mortgage loan default services. Accomplishments inc

ted the comprehensive implementation and use of a case handling system for all a
ssociates, spearheaded a process of continuous improvement, set up and managed a
reporting structure that enhanced organizational communications, drafted polici

Managed regional Property and Casualty claims operation with two offices, seven
supervisors, and 64 employees. Developed numerous process improvements that res
ulted in reductions in operating costs and claim expenses. Process improvements
included creation of a Customer Service Unit to expedite claims and implementati
on of continuous improvement methods across departments. As a result, region was
recognized company-wide as ?Region of the Year for 2001 and 2002. Developed man
