P&L accountability.
Regional Director of Operations,
EZ Corp, 2004 to 2008. Recruited
to direct operations in new
three-state territory for this
market leader in specialty
consumer finance. Performed pro
forma/demographic analysis,
market appraisal, $20M budget,
full P&L responsibility. Managed
all aspects of 100 new store
launches and 270 staff.
Regional Sales Manager, K&G
Superstores, 1994 to 2004.
Promoted from Store Manager to
direct this division of The Mens
Warehouse, including HR,
merchandising, marketing,
logistics, loss prevention and
recruitment/training of 210
staff. Financially
accountable for 12 Texas stores.
Launched 20 stores - from design
to Grand Openings.
