Robinson, minus the fixed 1.5% discount, within 48 hours from receipt of complete and legible paperwork.

If you are a Quick Pay Carrier who receives funds via regular U.S. mail, you may fax your invoice and paperwork to
(312) 660-4989. By faxing your invoice to this #, you are agreeing to the terms of the Quick Pay program. Funds
will be released from C.H. Robinson, minus the fixed 1.5% discount, within 48 hours from receipt of complete and
legible paperwork.

If you would like more information about becoming a Quick Pay Carrier, please contact the Quick Pay Department at
(800) 326-9977. Mailed invoices and documents should be clearly labeled as "Quick Pay" on the front, outside of the
envelope/package.

Effective immediately, Quick Pay Carriers are no longer required to submit original "receipts" for payment in addition
to using CHRWTrucks.com, FTP, Transflo, or fax unless otherwise instructed by C.H. Robinson. Carrier shall retain
custody of the original receipt and provide it to Robinson upon request.

Robinson also recommends Carrier to only submit "Receipt" for payment once regardless of billing method to avoid
additional fees.

Directions supplied by C.H. Robinson or its Customer’s either orally and/or in written form are for informational
purposes only. It is the Carrier's sole responsibility to confirm that it may lawfully operate a loaded vehicle of any
weight, commodity or dimension over any road, highway, bridge or route. Carrier shall be solely responsible for any
fines, penalties or citations occurring as a result of operating any vehicle over any road, highway, bridge or route in
violation of any regulation, law or ordinance.

Carrier must advise C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. of any and all accessorial charges or other charges in excess of
and/or in addition to the agreed rate set forth in this or any Rate Confirmation Sheet within 24 hours after delivery of
each shipment. Failure to provide such information could result in the failure of C.H. Robinson to collect for such
charges, and therefore, payment of any such accessorial charges or additional charges shall be at the sole discretion
of C.H. Robinson.

THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THE MASTER CONTRACT CARRIER AGREEMENT PREVIOUSLY
EXECUTED BETWEEN OUR COMPANIES AND THIS CONSTITUTES AN ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER CONTRACT
CARRIER AGREEMENT. IF CARRIER HAS NOT SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH US, THE RATE SHOWN ABOVE IS THE
AGREED INDIVIDUALLY DETERMINED RATE. WE AGREE TO PAY THE RATES AND CHARGES SHOWN ABOVE AND NO
DIFFERENT TARIFF RATE OR SCHEDULE OF RATES APPLY. THIS RATE QUOTE IS INCLUSIVE OF ALL CHARGES.
UNLESS YOU MAKE ORAL AND WRITTEN FAX OBJECTIONS TO ITS TERMS WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS AFTER
RECEIPT, YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
