PAYMENT INFORMATION
Where and How Payable
− IN PERSON at Student Central (located in Centennial Hall at Lockhart Hall entrance on the Main Floor). Interac, cheque or cash
Students are cautioned against carrying large amounts of cash.
− DROP-BOX Located on East wall across from Security Office, Centennial Hall and Student Central. Cheques, money orders or certified cheques only,
made payable to The University of Winnipeg. The Student Number must be written on front or back of each cheque.
− BY MAIL to The University of Winnipeg, Accounting Office, 515 Portage Ave, Winnipeg MB, R3B 2E9 (Must be received by due date)
− FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND WEB SERVICES - Telephone and On-line Payment Systems via your Financial Institution. Payment by credit card can be
made using your University of Winnipeg Web Account. (A Convenience Fee of $50.00 will be applied on each Web Payment).
. Payments can be made via the Web Advisor link to your bank on-line payment systems.
Payment by Term
− Tuition fees, incidental fees, University of Winnipeg Students’ Association fees, UWSA Health Plan fees and UWSA Building Fund fees are payable
on the due dates for each term as stated on registration information available for each term. (See Student Health Plan Information for plan fees)
NOTE: Address Changes – Ensure address changes are made at Student Central as they occur. Fees are due on time.
Students sponsored by an agency – Ensure an authorization has been submitted Student Financial Services prior to fees being due.
REFUND OF FEES
Students who withdraw from a course must follow the dates published on the Withdrawal Schedule for each term to be aware of how much credit, if any,
will be applied to their account.
Students who withdraw from a course for medical reasons, or because they are moving from the province may receive partial refunds, called tuition fee
credits for their fees paid. This includes refundable portions of tuition fees and University of Winnipeg Student Association fees.
If a student pays by term, any credit received for withdrawing from a course is applied to any remaining balance owed to the University, regardless of
due date or division. Students paying fees by Award, Canada Student Loan, or by Sponsorship follow the rules and regulations of each particular area.
Payments made by Credit Card will be refunded back to the Credit Card Account

Tuition and Incidental Fees for U2010F and U2010FW are due September 8, 2010. Tuition and Incidental Fees for U2010W will be due January 5,
2010.
