* Managed all Rockwell Collins San Jose software efforts and personnel, includin
g the Displays Systems and Test Equipment group, encompassing over a dozen softw
are efforts supporting multiple product lines. Determined staffing needs, resolv
ing resource conflicts, ensuring software efforts are on schedule and within bud
get, assisting leads with task definition, licensing issues, tool purchases, sub
contracts management, verifying processes are followed on all programs, and dete
rmining training needs.
*Directed real-time embedded software efforts for avionics display systems. Over
saw Test Equipment group developing with LabView and LabWindows and engineering
test sets to support manufacture and sell off of Rockwell Collins display system

*Software proposal lead for all Rockwell Collins San Jose projects, determining
documentation deliverables, developing software architecture, estimating softwar
