Agreement

Dear Mr.Ashish Prakash ,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to
appoint you as “System Assistant – Consultant” in our organization.

Your contract period is valid as long as High court of Uttarakand validates our work order
effective from 16th May 2011.

You would be reporting at your respective court Pithoragarh on 16th May „11 at 10:00 AM.

Payment Terms & Other conditions:

1. You will be initially deputed to NIC project under E- Courts. As per the E-Courts
requirement you will be placed or deputed to any other location.

2. The consolidated salary of Rs.6800/- per month will be paid for above post. Professional
tax if any will be deducted.

3. As a consultant you are liable to pay 10% TDS. However if you wish to claim an
exemption to avoid this deduction, please fill in all the details required in the Form 13 E
and return it to us.

4. You have to serve a minimum period of 12 months to the organization. In this period if
you wish to leave you will need to give minimum one months notice.

5. You will report to the High Court Central Project Coordinator / District Judge of
Uttarakand.

6. You will be availing the eligible leaves as per the direction of the reporting officer. You
shall work for 8 hrs. per day for 6 days a week as normally followed & you shall be
having same closed holidays as admissible/applicable to staff of E-Court in the respective
state.

 7. Salaries will be deposited in the Saving Bank Account opened with SBI – State Bank of
India. (You have to submit your existing account number, if any in SBI).

8. You have to deposit an amount of Rs. 6800/- (one month salary) against caution deposit.
You may take a Demand Draft favoring “Pioneer E labs Ltd” payable at Hyderabad.
This caution deposit will be forfeited if one month separation notice is not given at
the time of your leaving the company.

9. You have to handover 5 No’s of passport size photographs & a Xerox copy of identity
proof.

10. Please sign and return the duplicate copy of this agreement letter to confirm your
acceptance.

11. Please give two references along with address & contact information & PAN card Xerox
copy.

12. In case you are required to travel for project related works to the project site/or for
attending training etc. conducted on recommendation of District Judge or the Registrar
General of High Court the TA/DA shall be reimbursed per person. DA @ Rs. 100/- Train
fare for Sleeper class on production of original ticket. Wherever train connectivity is not
available, public transport is to be utilized other than A/C buses.

13. No Local conveyance will be paid.
