CALENDAR OF AWAKENING I

~ the One life in the many ~

1.

There is not one way to awaken but many.

Both heart and mind are doorways.

You pass through these doors in your own

unique way, based on the qualities of soul

that form your essence.

No one is left behind.

No one is forgotten.

Even those who believe nothing at all

are on a spiritual journey.

2.

Divine life flows through you at all times,

giving your life purpose and meaning.

Your outer self may lose track of this purpose,

yet it remains in what you hold to be of

greatest value.

3.

Each existence is founded in love,

for love has created all things.

Every molecule, cell, and atom of your body

is fueled by the energy of love.

Love holds all atoms and molecules together.

It is the great binding agent which allows

existence to be.
 4.

The life that flows through you does not

belong to you.

It is not 'your' life, or 'his' life, or 'her' life.

It is God's life, and you are its expression.

Always and everywhere, there is only

One here.

5.

The beingness of All-That-Is contains all

within Itself.

The stars, the heavens, your own body,

mind, and heart -

these are all part of One being and life

that lives in you and you in It.

6.

There is nothing solid in the universe.

All is energy. All is consciousness.

See the things around you.

Each is vibrating with energy in motion.

Between the molecules of what appears

to be solid,

in the quantum space of being/non-being,

lives God's presence.

The great Ocean of Being sends forth its children

in various shapes and sizes,
each containing the sacred Essence, each containing
the formless within form.

This is the uniqueness of the human experience,

 to be finite and infinite at the same time.

The pattern of your life is yours to create,

for you are the One consciousness

expanding forever.

It is this that can create a life of beauty.

It is separation from this that can create

a life of limitation.

9.

The doors of Divine perception remain closed

while one sleeps, for the knowledge is absent

that they are there at all.

Yet, the flame burns dimly and the heart becomes

ignited.

One begins to yearn for the deepest truth of life.

10.

The Earth is awakening as you awaken.

The body of the Earth is becoming more

light-filled as it releases its past

and moves into its future as a sacred planet

of light.

All shall feel this awakening as one in being,

one in essence, the Earth becomes
part of oneself.

The sacred does not need a belief, a ritual, or a ceremony to house it.

The sacred lives everywhere,

in all concepts of the Divine,

in all rituals of the holy,

 in all ceremonies of the pure.

It is a property of life itself.

12.

The time of aloneness is coming to an end. The recognition grows that life is One, proceeding from a sacred Source.

You are connected to every living, breathing thing.

This awareness is the gift of life during

this sacred time of emergence on Earth.

13.

You may still feel that your life is personal

or separate, yet the 'personal' you have

known is a legacy of the past.
For what is 'personal' when you are part of
all that is?
This is the awakening for our time -
you are not alone.

14.

What does it mean to be 'part of'?

When you look at a piece of silk you can

see the threads.

But when you touch it, it is just silk, it is

just soft to the touch.

So it is with Oneness.

What appears to be separate is part of

a greater whole that can be felt through

spiritual 'touch'.

15.

Instead of 'me' and 'mine', the feeling of 'we'

and 'us' becomes the true reality.
In Oneness there is no longer an 'other' to fear,
nor is there anything to defend.
For each is part of the other, and what one does
to the other one does to the self.
 16.

The Earth calls all beings to live in harmony,

not just for her sake, but for life's sake.

Harmony and peace can only happen

when all recognize themselves as part of the

Earth's body.
Within this temple of the physical,
God's consciousness shall become known.

17.

The seamless tapestry of time and space

is joining the higher dimensions of light.

All of life shall be transformed by this joining,

all of life shall be reborn.

You are the fulfillment of a promise made

at the beginning of time -

that the human would know itself to be Divine,

and the separate would know itself to be joined.

This promise comes into fulfillment now

through each heart that beats as One.

Each circumstance in your life can be part

of your awakening or part of your fear.

As part of your awakening it can teach you love

and trust.

As part of your fear, it will hold you in doubt

and self-protection.

 Relationships awaken as do people

and societies.

As light penetrates illusion, relationships

are seen for what they are in the light of

greater truth.

The past is no longer here, the future

is but a thought.

Free yourself of burdens, live in the present.

There you will find what you seek.

In the presentness of what is, truth

will be revealed.

In the presence of life's challenges,

you may view your life as a series of difficulties

or claim the joy that is your birthright as a soul.

Embrace the Life that flows within you,

even in the presence of hardship.

Throw wide your arms to life, for God exists

within all things.

Even the painful circumstances of life

bring treasures of healing.

24.

All of karmic life is being replaced by

a new vibration of love and light.

To join the new, release all, forgive all,

 love all.

Cling only to the Divine truth of your own

wholeness, not to the outer things you once

thought you needed.

Awakening is like the morning sun that

penetrates the night time darkness.

What was not visible before is now becoming

visible. A new dawn is breaking.

Each soul holds the truth of its life-purpose as

the flower holds the scent it carries.

The scent is in the flower.

The purpose is in the heart - waiting to unfold.

Your soul strives for expression,

conveying its wishes to your waiting heart.

Let your heart's deepest joy guide your way.

It is why you are here.

It is the lodestar you are meant to follow.

The long journey through time causes the outer

self to believe in its smallness

rather than in the largeness of its own being.

If your past identity has become too small,

let yourself expand.

Be without walls and let the whole world

 become your dwelling place.

Your body is the temple for your soul.

Yet it can only be a temple if it is treated in

a sacred manner.

Let the cells of your body breathe with Divine

life. Love them, nurture them, treat them as

God's body.

All of life is sacred. All of life is holy.

You are forever part of the divine Source

which lives within you as You.

The sages of old discovered the ultimate Reality
they were part of.
Be that. Reflect that.
Let your life be a river of God's expression.

You are a Divine being of light, hidden within
the covering of physical existence.
This covering is coming off now and your
true nature is being revealed.

Each soul is free to choose their reality in
every circumstance, all of the time.
Believe in your own wholeness and you will
choose freedom and peace.
Believe in your own lack and you
will choose neediness and fear.

All clinging is based on a sense of
incompleteness and the pain this brings.
Instead of clinging, open your hands.
In the emptiness that you fear you will
find the completion that you seek.

What is Divine? What is human?
The distinctions are blurring as each joins
the other.
Feel this joining within yourself.
You took birth to accomplish this very joining.

In the space of silence, one meets oneself
most deeply.
Let silence be your companion. Practice silence
and hear the voice of your soul.

The deeper you draw from the well of love
within you,
the more the seeming lacks you have
lived with will fade and disappear.
These lacks are both real and unreal.
They are covers for the greater truth that
exists at your core.

Every moment of every day is a moment

in which to give thanks.
Thankfulness is a gift.
It is not based on outer circumstance but on
the inner sense of Divine life.
He who perceives the Divine is thankful…

Each moment can celebrate the reality

of Divine blessing or can be filled

with blame and regret.

The choice is yours, beloved.

At all times you choose the life you wish to live.
 40.

The time for embracing your true self

has arrived.

The clothing of limitation may now be let go of.

Live as a soul, love as a soul,

put on the new garments of the soul

and rejoice. You are home.

No matter what the conditions of your outer life,

the divine Essence already exists within you.

This is what self-love is - the recognition of

your sacred being and unqualified worthiness.

Beneath any limitation you perceive, this remains.

To become free to shine, one must purify

the emotional and mental self.

Like a mirror that has been clouded over,

that which obscures must be wiped clean

so that the true image may be seen.

Layers of false belief are created by the ego-self

to deal with the experience of aloneness.

Now, aloneness is giving way.

In its place comes the knowledge of love's presence,
 not just outside you but inside you as well.

This presence is part of your holy being.

One does not need to be intelligent or clever

in order to perceive truth.

One needs to be wise with the wisdom

of the innocent.

If you fear losing others should you

allow yourself to grow, remember this:

In the interconnectedness of souls, your truth

sets free the truth within others.
Your freedom allows them to become free as well.

In the presence of the Divine,

all doubt shall vanish as the morning

mist in the warmth of the sun.

This includes doubt about God's reality

as well as doubt about the eternal soul.

The challenge of living life as a sacred being

is only in beginning, while the old and familiar

are let go of.

Once upon this road, there is no longer a challenge.

There is only God's life unfolding in ever expanding
beauty and truth.

There are those who do not feel worthy of

the Divine embrace,

who feel their lives have been too barren

of loving kindness.

For these, the page can turn as well.

For what was not loving did not believe in love,

and what was unkind, knew only separation.

Embrace the reality of who you are and who

you are becoming.

This is the gift of Divine life -

the revelation of your essential being.

All that is human seeks to locate its sacred roots.

Those who see the truth are the wayshowers.

They make the way smoother

for those who have forgotten the path.

The arms of God embrace all,

those who believe and those who disbelieve,

those who reject, and those who are

indifferent.

Within the soul of all, no one is indifferent.

Let love become the shepherd and follow

where it leads.

For love's purposes are your soul's purposes,

ever guiding you toward greater truth

and light.

There are others who are with you who

do not know about awakening.

They perceive themselves to be awake

even while they are asleep.

Treat all with compassion and give to all

your love.

For no matter what the outer self may say,

the inner being is on a spiritual journey.

You have traveled a long road during your

time on Earth.

Now this road is leading you to a vaster landscape.

Do not be afraid of what you cannot see.

The steps ahead, though invisible to

your mind, are known to your soul.

When one's eyes are truly open,

they become eyes of love.

When one's heart is truly open,

it holds the world within itself.

A morning mantra as you awaken each day:

"I am the Life within me."

"I am the Love within me."

"Let all that is not that be healed in

the light of Love."

In each moment, allow awareness to

extend in all directions.

Conceal nothing from yourself,

deny nothing.

Let your awareness touch each thing

like a butterfly kissing the leaf it lands on.

Trust the moment to reveal to you what

you need to learn.

This is the gift of physical existence -

that each outer event can become

inner knowledge.

Learn to listen when others speak,

for many who listen hear only their own minds.

To truly listen, you must become silent inside.

Then you will not only know others,

you will feel and know the heart of life.

Circumstances may happen that bring

sorrow to the heart,

for this is the time of karmic healing.

Hold each sorrow tenderly as a young bird

within your hands.

Know that as you bring love to sorrow,

it will spread its wings and be set free.

The path of learning through pain has

been a long one as humanity experienced the

world through the eyes of separation.

Now a new path of learning is opening,

and sorrow will no longer be.

Your heart can be a fortress or a garden in

which others can rest.

As a fortress, it will keep even you out.

As a garden, it will nourish all with

its fragrance.

That which you seek already lives within you.

This is the Great Journey -

the Journey whose end is part of its beginning.

There is a deeper influence than biology and

environment that shapes your identity.

This is the influence of your limitless soul.

The soul chooses the body it will inhabit

and the circumstances into which

it will incarnate.

Out of its wisdom, it shapes the life that will

nourish the growth of consciousness.

You are not who you think you are.

You are not thought, or emotion,

or personal history.

These are things you carry.

You are a child of the Divine,

One within the One.

One day such knowledge will replace

all else…

Every moment is significant - every action and

interaction creates threads of possibility.

In every moment choose wisely,

for from each choice the shape of a life

comes into being.

One cannot overcome inner obstacles

through an act of separated will.
The use of will only creates more obstacles
as it tries to force things.

Allow healing rather than compel.

Open the hands to Divine timing rather

than close them.

This is the way of transformation

and the path to greater freedom.

Deeper than belief is the truth of your

inner being.

This truth does not need to be thought about.

It exists beyond thought in the place of

deepest knowing.

What you believe most deeply shall manifest

as the structure of your life.

 Examine not only your conscious thought

but your sub-conscious as well.

The deeper you go, the more will you witness

the streams of causality.

Do not fight with thoughts and emotions.

They are not 'you' but what you carry.

Permit a space to exist between you and them.

Within this space a new perception

can be born.

You are not who you think you are.

You are a being of light that holds light

at your core.

In the presence of all darkness, affirm

the light that you are.

Let your mind become clear like a

mountain lake.

Then all false beliefs will rise to the surface and

evaporate and only truth will remain.

Let go of beliefs that no longer serve you.

 Know that you are a Divine creation,

a child of the Oneness, not of the past.

The Divine within the human,

the human within the Divine.

This is the awakening for our time -

to feel Divine life within one's own body.

Seek to let go of all you have held onto.

When you can let go of all definitions,

God will define you.

This is the path of freedom.

Each relationship is a gift of the Creator.

Like fertile soil in which anything can grow,

each relationship can produce
beautiful flowers,
or become depleted and produce nothing at all.

Become the gardener of all that you grow.

Anything that takes you away from love also

takes you away from God. The two are one.

Love God in all without exception.

 Creation is an ongoing process that unfolds

the new in every moment.

Let the past disappear.

Live in the Unknown.

Immerse yourself in the flow of life that arises

spontaneously from your heart.

Be simple, be open, be free.

This is the state of beyond-mind that

allows each soul to live.

Forgive the past and free yourself of judgment.

Each soul is doing the best they can as

they strive to be who they are.

Self-knowledge cannot come when one

feels like a victim of circumstance.

Self-knowledge is based on responsibility

for one's own awareness.

In this place, all truth will blossom.

The truth of your being seeks to express

 on the physical plane.

It is why you have chosen a body to live in.

This precious body contains the arms and

legs of your soul.

God is everywhere and in every moment.

Such understanding excludes nothing, denies nothing,

yet gleans the highest meaning from

every experience.

Reality is created in every moment by what

you choose to focus on.

Like a laser beam that shines its light brightly

in one spot and allows others

to remain invisible,

your inner choice determines what you will see.

Let go with one hand and reach for trust

with the other.

Thus is a new life created, centered in God.

The comfort of familiarity causes one to assume

roles in life, rather than to discover the spontaneous self.

All roles solidify, while the true self flows like

water from a stream.

One must be willing to see the self and

to love the self.

Then all doors will open.

Each soul has had an encounter with the timeless.

Whether in music, in art, in nature, or in love,
the timeless creates an understanding of the Divine.
It bears witness to the miraculous.

Love opens all doors and crosses all dimensions.

It is the single most potent force that allows

the human to become Divine.

Love is the Fountain.

Compassion and tenderness stream

from this Fountain, dissolving all
hardened places of the heart.

Those who experience divine Love

cannot help but become gentle.

In the presence of the Divine, one becomes grateful

for all of life.
A grateful heart is one that has been touched
by the Divine, whether knowingly or not.

Gratitude begets blessing.

Like a magnet that pulls things to itself through

the force it creates,

gratitude draws to itself that which it

wishes to receive.

One must focus on right thinking, right feeling,

and right action until all thought and feeling

stream from a divine Source.

Then, there is nothing to focus on, only to live.

Laughter can flow from joy of soul,

or it can come from a heart that denies
its own fears.
The soul's joy creates abundant life -
not life separated from others, but life joined
in love to the Oneness of all.

There is a River of peace that flows through

your being.

It never diminishes and never runs dry.

Those who bathe in this River find their peace.

Those who forget it exists are often parched

and thirsty.

The human mind creates boxes around things,

each with a label so one knows what it is.

The spirit knows nothing of boxes.

It perceives the essence of things which

walls cannot contain.

This Essence connects all with all.

The willingness to not-know is the gift

of humility.

In the place of not-knowing, one can humbly

ask the Universe to reveal itself.

99.

Life flows from a divine Source

at all times.

A blessed life is one that knows how to drink

from the Fountain.

100.

All that you have traveled through, all that you

have experienced,

enriches the Divine expression that is You.

Without the soil of experience,

you could not become the unique reflection

of the Divine that you are meant to be.

 101.

No separation within the self or beyond the self.

This is integrity - the ability to live a seamless life
as One within the One.
Such ability is arrived at through awakening
to one's own essential nature and through the
willingness to live a life in truth.

102.

There is no time and no space that can

contain your soul.

Your body may live in time,

but your soul is eternal and timeless.

103.

Each soul is the clay out of which the divine

Potter fashions a vessel.

Within that vessel you hold the vastness

of Divine consciousness.

Though your present awareness may feel

far from that,

It is the destiny toward which all

that is human travels.

Life streams from the Unknown to the known

in accordance with the principle of resonance,

or likeness.
Those who are in tune with the great
Divine stream live each moment in the presence

of Mystery.

All relationships must contain freedom

and love in balance.
For love without freedom becomes
possessive and demanding,
and freedom without love becomes
selfish and irresponsible.
Yet, when freedom and love are wedded,
a new life for the soul is born.

106.

The path to awakening is through an open door

that lies within.

Though the journey to locate the door may

have taken long, the action is quite simple -

but a single step to the other side.
You may take this step this moment, this day,
this lifetime, for it is not far from you.
In your deepest being you are already home.

THE SHIFT
 Transformation - Butterfly from the caterpillar
To make sense out of the shift, we must clear up two other major misconceptions. The first is that
the shift refers to a single point in time, as in a single date, where everything happens all at once, like
a cataclysmic, big-bang event. The date that is most often referenced is Winter Solstice 2012, and the
event we hear the most about is the shifting of the Earth's north and south electromagnetic poles.
However, this is not how the shift works, and again, all the ancient indigenous prophesies support
this.
The shift is not a point, but a process, and it is a gradual one. It is not a point in time, but a
window of time of longer duration. It is debatable how big this window is, but it really doesn't make
any difference because we do know for certain that we've already entered it. The shift is happening,
and it's happening now. We know this because we are witnessing it in the world around us, and for
those of us who are resonating with these shifting energies, we know it because we can feel it, and we
can see the shift transpiring in our personal lives. This doesn't mean there won't be big-bang events,
only that they will be feature of this longer process.
The other misconception is implicit in the first. This is the notion that the shift is something
that is going to happen in the world external to us. Like the idea of a big-bang event, it is something
that will happen to us, as passive onlookers. This too is profoundly false, and all the indigenous
prophesies support this too. The energies of this transformation are everywhere in our world, and
everything is included. This includes us, human beings, each and every one of us. As spiritual
beings, we understand that we are co-creators of our world, and this applies, as well, to the shift.
The shift is an opportunity to create a new world. There's only one way this can happen, and this is
by us making it happen. We play a vital part in this transformation, and this begins with
transforming ourselves. And we are not alone in this. All the elements of creation are playing their
part in this great transformation, including Mother Earth, the Sun, the Moon, and every particle of
the Solar System. Mother Earth too is in serious need of a cleansing. This is why she is behaving the
way she is.
 The shift is part of a 26,000 year cycle. It is the same eternal cycle of birth/life/death & rebirth
that we see played out on so many levels throughout our universe. The shift is the part of the cycle
that is the transition from death to rebirth. One world is coming to its inevitable end. This is the
part that freaks most people out, for the obvious reason that this is the world they've chosen to live
in, and they don't want it to stop. The world that is dying is the old paradigm world of our Western
Civilization, which has been running the show on this planet since its emergence 6,000 years ago in
Babylon. I fully realize this is hard for many to swallow, but the death of this world is not only
inevitable, it is also an unimaginable blessing. This is because this world is unsustainable and out of
balance, and is responsible for a lifestyle that is so out of harmony with the forces of nature that it is
destroying the very environment humans need to survive. There is only one way this world can
survive, and that is to change. This is what the shift is forcing us to do now - or perish as a species.
So, what does this change consist of? What is it we are called upon to do? Here again, this is
something all the ancient indigenous prophesies agree upon. The shift is a process, and it is
primarily a spiritual process. The shift is moving from one world to the next, and we do this on the
wings of our spirituality. Our spirituality is the primary source of our protection in these times of
monumental paradigm shifts and Earth changes, and the primary source of our power to create the
new world. These are times that will test us, and we will be facing many more challenges in the time
ahead. In order to survive and flourish, we must tap into the highest of our higher powers, and this
is only possible through spiritual transformation.

On the wings of our spirituality

This is the equivalent of reclaiming our full power as multi-dimensional, magical beings. An
essential first step in doing this is reassuming complete responsibility for ourselves and our life, both
practically and spiritually. On a practical level, we do this by learning to live sustainably again, in
harmony with Mother Earth and with the forces of nature. When the old paradigm world made the
fatal wrong turn of worshipping at the altar of materialism, and controlling nature for this purpose,
it lost its connection to spirit, and it lost its connection with the rhythm and flow of life and nature.
 This is one of the primary reasons our world today is so imbalanced. And these are the connections
we must reestablish.
And we cannot rely upon the old paradigm system to save us. Many people fall into the trap of
believing that the way to get out of this mess is to reform the old paradigm. Nothing could be further
from the truth, unless you like going down with a sinking ship. Einstein once said that it is
impossible to fix a problem with the same thinking that created it. We must remember that the old
paradigm is a dying world, built on the foundation of unsustainable, destructive energy. If we really
want to reinvent ourselves and our world, it's necessary to let go of the old paradigm. If we're stuck
in some aspect of it, like in a dead end job to pay the bills, we must at least let go of it energetically,
in our heart and spirit. These must be free.
In fact, the old paradigm system strips us of our power as spiritual beings. It is a dependency
system, in which our masters at the top of the pyramid of power trick us into giving up our freedom
and our spirit, in return for being taken care of (controlled) from cradle to grave. As a result, we
forget how to be masters of our own destiny. There is only one way to create the new world, and this
is as self-reliant, spiritual warriors, who have reclaimed the highest of our higher powers. Once
enough of us reach this point, there is nothing that can stop us.
Invariably, those who react with shock and fear to all the changes in the world are still clinging
to the old paradigm world. They are also people who have not yet overcome their fear of death, an
integral feature of the spiritual path, but that's another matter. It is a tragic fact that these people
will be in for a very rough ride in the times ahead. A fundamental key to navigating these times of
shift is to not fight these transformations, both internal and external, but rather to embrace them,
and flow with them. The choice is ours. Our world is splitting in two, and it's up to us to decide
whether to embrace the decadent energy of a dying world, or the energy of a new world that is in its
infant stages of taking shape.
We must also be wary of falling into the trap of getting caught up in our own personal dramas
in a shifting world. Many people are having their world ripped out from underneath them, and
some are hitting rock bottom. But here again, the shift holds immensely valuable lessons for us, and
forces us to do what we should be doing anyway. It forces us to look at alternatives to a world that
clearly isn't working. And when our old paradigm world gets ripped from beneath us, there is one
thing that always remains. This is our connection to spirit. And herein lies the most important
lesson of all. Our connection to spirit is all we ever really need. Everything we manifest in this
world, including our material things and our relationships, springs from our connection to spirit.
This is the true meaning of manifestation, and this is the source of our power to manifest the new
world.
So ultimately, this is not about us. It's about something bigger than us. It does begin with us,
with us transforming ourselves spiritually. Yes, this does take work, and total commitment. But
what better thing do we have to do with our time?

If you could only keep quiet, clear of memories and expectations, you would be able to
discern the beautiful pattern of events… It's your restlessness that causes chaos...
