Due to the large quantity of projects and to ensure a smooth integration, partic
ipated in prioritized projects including:
• Managed and allocated production of needle assemblies from Baxter to Fenwal plan
ts in Puerto Rico & France;
• Managed conversion from Baxter needle to new supplier;
• Managed any component issue where supplier was providing materials to multiple F
enwal plant locations;
• Implemented consignment program for raw material inherited from sale;
• Set up and implemented global stocking logic for service parts which improved c
ustomer service;
• Reduced service parts inventory;
• Implemented and published a service parts back-order list which created visibil
ity and resolution;
• Scheduled exit production from Baxter plants;
• Developed supply budget numbers for service parts;

• Participated in value-stream Kaizan event for service parts which improved multi

Results of Conversion Projects:
• Smooth transitions from Baxter to Fenwal ERP systems, distribution network, labe
l changes and plant production operations with minimum impact to customer servic
e;
• Control of consignment inventory;
• Reduction of service parts inventory of $2.5million in 12 months;
• Reduction of items on back-order by 70% in less than one year;
• Certification award from SCP in less than one year;
• Reduction of cycle time for customer order to customer receipt for service parts
from 139 days to 20 days;
• Increase of fill rate on service parts from 65% to 95%;
• MSA quantities were met with minimal issues.

on. Manage planners who executed planning and purchasing processes. Provided inf
