JOB RESPONSIBILITY

I am looking after entire activity :

1. IN EXCISE & EXPORT DEPARTMENT:
Maintaining all necessary register & documents with Export
documents like RG-1 Register, ER-1 returns, rebate claim, RG-23
“A” Part I and RG-23 “A” Part II & RG-23 “C” Part I and RG-23 “C”
 Part II and maintaining personal ledger Accounts (PLA) & Service
Tax also maintaining monthly and service tax returns. Service
Tax modvate and payment, made annexure 19, maintain
annexure II, IV & V (challan & register), made annexure 45 and
document prepare of marine insurance certificate, GSP certificate
and certificate of origin.
2. IN CUSTOM DEPARTMENT :
preparation all documents of export related & import related as
such as CHA clearance from custom. How to TRA issue form
custom department & manage custom document concerning
letter. preparation of documents of export-,import custom
clearance.
I was looking after entire activities accounts computerized
accounting bank and party reconciliation maintaining cash sales tax
work.
We versed in Computer Operation with MS Word, MS Excel, Internet
etc.
