ing System (QOS) guidelines within the 6.7L-V8 Block Line. (PPAP Phase II Book)
* Feasibility Studies Evaluation (Cost &Time) and response to Block Product Engi
neering Changes on time.
* Support & Manage Block Quality Engineering Alerts when Product / Process Speci
fications are not met but Product functionality is not compromised and its Manuf
acturing / Product Engineering resolution.
* Support and Manage 6.7L & 4.4L Block Cleanliness Process Improvements in order
to comply with both Block Cleanliness Specifications in order to protect the e
nd costumer and avoid Plant Engine Pulls.

Statistical Analysis to support single bore grade strategy at Honing Process to
reduce cost instead three bore grades. (estimated 100K USD savings / Year).
