SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
I have worked as a pharmacist for 20 years, mainly in the retail setting but the
first 3 years of my career in hospital pharmacy. Currently, I am a pharmacist a
t a home iv compounding pharmacy. I have spent 15 years of my career as a pharm

SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
One of my most demanding positions was working at Shurfine Grocery store. I was

t I am currently at. At Critical Care Systems, I have had the opportunity to be
come a clinical pharmacist recommending dosage adjustments based on lab results
