Hold for 5 seconds. Make a fist as tight With arm resting on table and hand as possible. Hold for 5 seconds. hanging off the table bend wrist up until a stretch is felt. Slowly return to starting Finger Passive Range of Motion position.
Wrist Flexor Stretch
Sit with the palm of your weaker hand facing upward.
Grasp the fingertips with your stronger hand. Bend the fingers inward to touch the palm. Straighten them out fully.
With arm resting on table and hand
hanging off table and elbow straight, slowly grab injured hand and slowly bend wrist up until a stretch is felt. Hold for 15 seconds and slowly return to starting position.
Take each finger and pull gently to touch the base of
the finger and then the heel of the hand. Then Straighten it back out.
