Lake Shore Behavioral Health, Inc.
Clinical and administrative supervisor of an outpatient treatment program for ad
olescents (11 to 17 years of age). The program includes substance abuse treatme
nt, family counseling and case management, educational advocacy and an in-house
cultural arts program. Responsibilities include implementation of program start
-up; planning, organizing and directing the services of the program; management
of two sites and staff management including administration of personnel and clin
ical policies and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Womens Residence
Lake Shore Behavioral Health, Inc.
Administrator of Lake Shore Behavioral Healths chemical dependency residence for
parenting women. Responsibilities included implementation of program start-up,
management of the on-going operation of the facility, overall responsibility for
planning, organizing and directing the residence; performed administrative func
tions, consultation, supervision, inter-agency coordination, community education
and clinical duties.
