In my current job as a Civil Engineer with the City of Waterbury CT, I have supe
rvised and given change order instructions for the construction/Repair and Inspe
ctions of City Roads successfully for 2year. As a project engineer with Gar-sa
n Corp. I used Expedition (Primavera) to process, prepare and/or record: Transmi
ttals, Change Orders, Submittals, Certified Payrolls, Progress Minutes, RFI, Sub
mittal Logs, Project Closeout, and Purchase Orders. I have experience in writing
