new product development while minimizing development cost impacts and overuse of
existing resource capacities. These remote development solutions resulted in a
cost effective method for increasing the new product time to market.
* Implemented Development Methodologies That Increased Profits and Decreased Los
ses: I have implemented innovative development methodologies at start-up, mid-si
ze and Fortune 500 companies that significantly decreased product defect rates w
hile streamlining development activities. At Fiserv CBS Worldwide, defects in t
he premier core banking system were decreased by 60%.
* Developed New Products to Take Advantage of Immerging Technologies: I was inst
rumental in organizing the system architects, sales and marketing staff and deve
lopment organizations at AAA, Phoenix International and Fiserv CBS Worldwide to
develop and implement electronic and internet solutions that took advantage of n
ew technologies. The implementation of these banking solutions at Fiserv result
ed in increases in Profits of 30% while expanding the offerings of the sales org

* Successful Management of Large Projects in Multiple Industries: My role as the
Senior Project Manager of the Ocean Center Expansion Project afforded me the op
portunity to manage an 80 million dollar construction project and a team of 36 p
rime contractors. Throughout the entire project, budget and schedule goals were
