In 2005, formed Cargo Connection Logistics Holding, Inc. to facilitate
additional funding and investment options for the company, becoming
CFO/COO, and a member of the Board of Directors. The holding company
was comprised of three subsidiaries: Cargo Connection Logistics Corp.
(CCLC), Cargo Connection Logistics-International, Inc. (CCLC -
formerly Mid-Coast Management, Inc.), and Nuclear Material Detection
Technologies, Inc.
As CFO of the holding company, was responsible for SEC regulatory
compliance issues, preparation of quarterly 10-Qs and annual 10-K
reports, and worked directly with internal and external auditors.
Prepared consolidated statements on the parent company and its three
subsidiaries.
Member of corporate representation selection committee and liaison
with corporate investor relations. Helped negotiate and secured $2.2M
in venture capital corporate financing from Yorkville Advisers, LLC.
In 2008, became CEO and Chairman of the Board of Cargo Connection
Logistics Holding, Inc., following the divestiture of Cargo Connection
Logistics Corp., while continuing to maintain CFO and COO
responsibilities for the organization.

Joined Cargo Connection Logistics, a transportation and logistics
company, in 1996, as Executive Vice President with an ownership
interest. The company was undercapitalized and needed a creative
financial leader who could continually streamline operations, improve
processes, and integrate new acquisitions, in addition to obtaining
the necessary funds to support its current operations.
Led management team and approximately 150 employees in operations,
sales, facilities management, accounting, and human resources - across
multiple locations. Negotiated corporate service contracts as well as
leased equipment and facilities. Supervised human resources and
outsourcing functions; defined job descriptions for employees. A few
key accomplishments:
* Helped grow the company from infancy as a privately-held company
in a single location (New York), to a publicly traded,
multi-million dollar operation in 7 US states with an
international presence, generating combined revenues of
approximately $18M.
* Led integration team following the successful 2001 acquisition of
Atlanta and Miami locations of a competitive air-freight
transportation company.
* Spearheaded efforts in the 1998 acquisition of a competitor in the
expedited truck transportation industry - merged and integrated
five locations into current network operations.
* One of the key drivers of management team's additional
entrepreneurial pursuits in real estate and freight forwarding -
including the formation and leadership (as CEO) of Unity Logistics
and Transportation, Inc.

Formed, led, and positioned this startup company to compete in the
freight forwarding marketplace as a separate business interest of the
Cargo Connection management team, providing services to customers with

customer, including sales trips to meet with customers, all customer
service efforts, collections, and vendor relations.

for information technology, and added responsibility for managing the
owners' real estate, personal ventures, and investments.
* Assisted owners in development and negotiation of favorable
collective bargaining agreement, working closely with local and
national building service workers' union representatives.
* Spearheaded conversion of company's information systems from Main
Frame to PC-based network computer system.

Joined Landes, a $10M national importer and distributor of
silver-plated tabletop and giftware products, to help restructure the
company's financial debt and reduce costs after the company had

responsibility for finance and accounting, office and warehouse
operations, customer service, domestic and international purchasing,
inventory control, and human resources.
Managed a staff of 45 employees; prepared and implemented a $10.25M
annual operating budget; and maintained banking relationships for
company's line-of-credit, letters-of-credit, and borrowing base
lending needs.
* Assisted the owners in turning around the company, streamlining
operations, strengthening its financial position, and preparing
the company for sale to a competitor in 1992.
* Strengthened relations with international suppliers in Europe and
Asia by improving the use of letters-of-credit - resulting in
