Handled all customer vehicle needs from write up to final paperwork and vehicle

ty for labor ops and proper time with repairs, made sure proper parts billed out

APPOINTMENT MANAGER & LOANER CARS Scheduled all customer appointments in advan
ce if loaner car needed, appts without loaners, as well as tow-ins, drive ins an
d emergencies. Arranged for roadside assistance when needed, tow trucks or fl
atbeds, reserve alternate transportation pick up customers or drive them home in

Rebuilt dormant Special Order Parts department by reorganizing entire process an
d streamlining paperwork to increase parts sales, get customers back in who had
parts on order to complete repairs and restore customer satisfaction and CSI sco
res for target bonus levels. Realized monthly parts bonus incentives and also i
ncreased warranty bonuses by reducing turn around time for warranty part return
deadlines, previously missed due to lost parts or untagged parts. Awarded $200
bonus my first week in that dept for incredible restructuring of special order p
arts mess !!

s in four southeast states ( N.C. / S.C. / Va. W.Va ) for a high line collectibl
e doll company in New York. Other related lines were Kaiser doll stands, ERTL
Toys, Canterbury Teddy Bears. Called on customers in their stores after new dol
ls were introduced at N.Y. ToyFair. A nice mix of small, medium and large mom
and pop shops as well as bigger chain of dept stores. Attended many trade and g
