We are going to be done feasibility study of Agro Food Processing ( Fruit Ripening Chambers). After this
feasibility was done, we will start the above mention unit. Our main business is to purchase fruits
directly from farmers and make process on that for ripening and sale it to wholesaler and retailer of the
Gujarat and maharastra state at initial level of the business for this purpose we have to require capital
of Rs.3 crore and time of 3 to 4 months approximately. our projects installed capacity of 40 tonnes per
day.

The project shall be financed by the Surat Dist.Co.Op.Bank Ltd. With back ended capital subsidy @ 25%
of the project cost except plastic crates & 50% of cost of plastic crates from NATIONAL HORTICULTURE
MISSION, MINISTERY OF AGRICULTURE, GOVT. OF INDIA through the office of Director Of Horticulture,
Ministry Of Agriculture, Govt. of Gujarat.

2. Incorporation

We will start partnership firm which name wii be M/s SHREEJI FRUITS AND AGRO FOOD PROCESSORS.
The partners are DENISH PATEL and PARESH DOBARIYA

M/s SHREEJI FRUITS AND AGRO FOOD PROCESSORS is promoted by partners having registered office at
Pipodara Industrial Estate ,Surat, Gujarat , India.

There should be require of 15 to 20 days for incorporation of the business.

The promoters require 52000 sq.foot of land which price is around Rs. 5.9 lacs and cost of building
construction is 46.38 lacs which include eight repining chambers ,two office ,one packing department
hall and transport vehicle parking.

Building construction should be take 2 months approximately.
