pitals.
Director of Behavioral Health
In charge of all aspects of 29-bed Inpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization Pr
ogram, and Intensive Outpatient Program in Paducah, KY, directed team of 55 that
included nurses, social workers, and mental health professionals. Recruited psy
chiatrists to support coverage for Medical Director and attracted Licensed Clini
cal Social Workers (LCSWs) for critical-need situation (only social worker crede
ntial allowed to bill Medicare). Ensured patient satisfaction, staff retention,
and achieved JCAHO and state regulatory compliance. Lead improvements for inpati
ent program and outpatient programs and increased utilization.

After merger with Specialty Healthcare Corp. I was among several VPs who were R

Ensured compliance with federal and state regulators. Managed between 14 and 65
beds and 20-80 employees, with projects ranging from $2M to $10M. Provided shor
t-term interim coverage for director-level positions during two different time p
eriods.
