37th floor) as well as modernization of 7 elevators and demolition of 6 elevator
s as part of renovation for a 400-unit condominium, with a total contract value

NYC, with responsibility for executing quantity takeoffs, value engineering, ch
ange order procedures, budget coordination, pre-construction scheduling, and sit

t condominium new construction project, $50 million, 104-unit condominium new co
