Operator of approximately 12 upscale dining establishments in Washington, DC, in
cluding J. Paul's, Neyla, and Paolo's Ristorante.
CONSTRUCTION / DESIGN DIRECTOR
Directed the new construction and remodeling projects for 11 high-profile restau
rants and one catering facility. Liaisoned with architect, engineers, and subcon
tractors to create construction plans that aligned with the brand development in
itiatives of the corporation. Managed up to 15 service contractors charged with
administering all repairs and installations. Oversaw capital expenditures of kit
chen equipment, furniture, and decor throughout the corporation.
