000 in total.
Successfully implemented loan workout agreements totaling $12,000,000 with three
banks. Negotiated the business terms and implemented repayment and asset dissol
ution plans that resulted in debt forgiveness of more than $1,000,000 and waiver
of interest and legal fees totaling almost $2,000,000.
