Business Developer/Project Manager/Lead Developer
* As a lead developer working with Nexus Corporation developing Web
and E-commerce based applications. The technology utilized at this
account consists of Active Server Pages (ASP), VB Script,
JavaScript, SQL Server 7.0, and Visual Basic 6.0. Visual Basic 6.0
is being utilized to build MTS components for the middleware.
Created triggers, stored procedures and helped with the
maintenance of SQL Server. Developed intranet based applications
to help all departments of the company communicate with greater
ease.
* Working in growing the growth of our client Lockheed Martin. Grew
the account from myself to over 20 personnel. As a lead developer
and architect with Lockheed Martin developing applications for the
Social Security Administration. Developed and leading the
Paperless Project which will help save SSA millions of dollars.
Application was written in Visual Basic 5.0 utilizing Object
Oriented development. Designed and implemented OLE Container
Objects in Visual Basic for the Paperless PSC project. Applied
knowledge of client/server and object oriented design concepts and
principles in application development, support and
analysis-oriented tasks. Create queries to be used against Oracle
backend.
* As a lead developer with First Data Merchant Services coordinating
the YEAR 2000 conversion for mainframe and client server
applications. Developed a database, in MS Access 97, for tracking
applications that managers are responsible for. Converting Cobol
applications to Cobol II.

Programmer Analyst
* As a Project Lead and PC programmer for Bell Atlantic in Baltimore
utilizing PC skills in Visual Basic 4.0 and SQL SERVER 6.0 to
automate a document routing system. Lead a team of 13 programmers
during that time which reduced the process from seven days to four
hours. The purpose of the project was to manage the flow of
documents from engineers to suppliers. Approval of documents would
automatically send the document to the next person in the chain.

* As a developer at Crown Central Petroleum, utilized PC skills in
Excel, Access, and Visual Basic to help users convert from Lotus
1-2-3 and Q&A to similar Microsoft products. Also helped maintain
help desk for users with questions on MS Office New development
involving several projects started in January utilizing Access,
Visual Basic, and SQL SERVER 6.0. One project involved creation of
Bonus payments to all station managers done in Access. Another
project involved creating a connection between S.A.P and Microsoft
Office utilizing Visual Basic and SQL SERVER 6.0.

* As a developer, utilized DB2 and CICS to produce screens and
reports for customers of the bank. The reports displayed detailed

to understand system. This system was developed using Cobol II,
DB2 and CICS. Trained junior level employees in DB2 and CICS.

* As a developer, utilized Microfocus Cobol to create IMS on-line
screens in Cobol II. The project involves new development for a
storage and retrieval system providing the interface to an Optical
Storage Machine with AMMO-IMS software. The AMMO-IMS software is a
series of IMS screens used to retrieve reports off the storage
machine.

Programmer Analyst
* As a developer, responsible for creating Cobol programs utilizing
DB2 and IMS/DC. The majority of the programs were reports using
DB2 to retrieve the data. Work was done on an IBM 3090 mainframe.
The reports displayed information about current projects and their
task status. Developed CICS applications to enter current project
information.

Moore Business Forms November 1991 - February 1992
Programmer Analyst
* As a developer, utilized Moore's packages to create 1099
statements to be sent to customers. Had to deal with 20 customers
via meetings and phone conversations to determine customer needs.
Orders were completed with Cobol programs and JCL created by
packages of Moore. This project consisted of 75% analysis of data
transfer files. The files contained investment information that
needed to be stripped out. Coupons then needed to be created and
sent to the bank.

Bethlehem Steel May 1991 - November 1991
Programmer Analyst
* As a developer was responsible for updating Cobol I programs to
Cobol II. These programs tracked raw material inventory. Also
responsible for testing these programs and modifying original
Cobol I programs to run more efficiently. Work was done on an IBM
3090 mainframe. Utilized analysis skills to determine which
applications needed to be re-written verse enhanced.

* As a tester and developer, work consisted of testing a new IBM
application called AD/CYCLE Workstation Platform. The workstation
platform for OS/2 provides a programmable workstation interface to
the SCLM host library of ISPF/PDF. The PWS was an IBM PS/2 P70
386. The project allowed the end user to compile multiple programs
at one time. This effectively reduced the amount of compilation
time by 50%. These applications were written in C++.

* Duties and Responsibilities:
As a developer for local law firm was directly responsible for the
development of applications programming to support the firm's high
volume collections programs. Used Cobol and Progeni to manipulate data
(computer tapes) received from clients and incorporate into the firm's
DP operations to provide use accessibility for database manipulation.
Generated weekly and monthly reports for both firm and clients.
