Confidential Recruiter,
What do you consider your organization's most valuable asset? If you
answered: "our people," then I would like an opportunity to discuss
how I may be of valuable service to you. I am interested in making
myself a valuable asset to you by taking great care of your people.
You may be asking yourself: "how do you plan to do that?" My plan is
simple: learn your current people care systems in order to determine
how I may best utilize my varied and extensive human resources
management experience to both operate your systems well and infuse
them with a cycle of progress. Now you may be asking yourself: "what
is this cycle of progress?" In short, it consists of beginning by
increasing the quality of 3 main aspects: 1) your people and their
lives, 2) your valuable products and services, and 3) your reputation
in the community. This in turn increases productivity, creativity,
innovation, loyalty, and efficiency. This yields an increase in
success from which everyone benefits. This allows for more resources
to be allocated to people development, which then brings us back to
the beginning of the cycle of progress.
Some key examples of significant achievements resulting from my
application of the cycle of progress include the following:
*
Implemented a comprehensive safety program, which resulted in a
safer and healthier workforce, increased productivity, and monetary
savings on workers' compensation claims and insurance premiums.
*
Complete re-organization of corporate structure, creating increased
communication, cooperation, engagement, accountability, and
efficiency across all departments, more streamlined operations, and a
better work life for employees.
*
Improvement of employee benefits programs, including higher level of
health insurance at a cost savings to both organization and employees,
changes in 401k investment selections to better performing funds, and
increasing health benefit offerings to employees.
*
Increased the caliber of employees across all organizational levels
through vigorous multi-faceted recruiting efforts, resulting in
higher levels of service, innovation, quality, and production.
*
Implemented and managed company-wide H2b non-immigrant visa program
which resulted in increased productivity, additional revenue, and
lower payroll costs.
I look forward to an opportunity to discuss in further detail how I
may be of valuable service to you.
Best regards,
James Core, SPHR-CA
